12/10/2018 15:58 | Fair enough Pap. It's just not the kinda share that will fluctuate that much without significant announcements | 1cagney
12/10/2018 15:40 | "Pap, what does it matter about the dow , the spot oil price, the retail investors being spooked?" The daily share price does matter, 1cagney, for those looking for the best price for a top up, or to buy into PVR! I have my £1k invested in PVR (plus 1K invested in LOGP) and am not interested in a top up in either at the moment, but might well top up in both in the future. It will then pay to watch the sp's of both to pick the most advantageous times to top up. Still a big gamble of course buying shares at any time! PS Those who bought when the share price was 15p yesterday & early today did very well. They are to be congratulated on their timing. | papillon
12/10/2018 12:34 | seems like the short termers have left the building:) | srvsrv
12/10/2018 09:08 | Not to mention 'long termers' eh! Herm. | peaeff
12/10/2018 08:00 | Torture for a day trader here.... | hermana3
11/10/2018 22:57 | Pap, what does it matter about the dow , the spot oil price, the retail investors being spooked? PVR and APEC have a plan to turn the drill in 2019 and if all is good bring oil to production in 2021 onwards. This is not a day trader stock, although there are obviously day traders present. | 1cagney
11/10/2018 22:38 | The DOW, FTSE & BRENT all hammered again today. Wither the PVR share price tomorrow? No doubt that will depend on what happens to the DOW, FTSE & BRENT tomorrow. | papillon
11/10/2018 18:51 | Chill man! | hermana3

11/10/2018 07:27 | Pap,And all those pongy farts too! | hermana3
10/10/2018 23:17 | Yep, hermana the volume today was low and below average. O/T The message is very clear, hermana. We have to eat a lot less meat and a lot more baked beans to save the planet and I CAN'T STAND THE BLOODY THINGS! LOL. | papillon
10/10/2018 21:57 | Pap, SFA volume too. 3 weeks to Atlantic Ireland Conference where PVR management will be doing de auld jig. | hermana3
10/10/2018 21:38 | Yes, you are probably correct, hermana. The Dow closed down over 830 points today (a 3.15% fall) and the fall in the PVR share price started when the fall in the DOW started. The FTSE100 also had a big fall today (over 90 points) and that fall coincided with the DOW opening fall and continuing fall. The Brent crude price also fell by 2.66%. It's apparent to me that the fall in the PVR share price is due to certain investors taking fright at the fall in the DOW and fall in the PoO and selling to preserve their profits. I suppose any O&G share that has had a recent big percentage rise, like PVR, is liable to drop on profit taking under those circumstances. | papillon
10/10/2018 20:48 | Wall Street,$ and spot price retracing. The great man will be tweeting goodo tonite..... | hermana3
10/10/2018 20:03 | Seems to be a fairly general AIM sell off pap. I'm down on most in my account: | steelwatch
10/10/2018 19:32 | 5.5% drop late in the day, albeit on relatively low volume. Looks like the fun could be over, in the short term at least, until we get the next bullish RNS? | papillon
09/10/2018 20:23 | Europa presenting at ProactiveInvestor Conference on 22/11 in Dublin. Big Hugh really touting their prospects now. | hermana3
09/10/2018 10:07 | Herm There's a bit of deja vu here is there not. Oil price rising to very profitable levels and Barryroe contents still under the pond. As far as being in a position to benefit is concerned, we have to leave to chance what the POO will be around 2021-22. It's been a nice ride for the last couple of weeks or so but I get the feeling that the brakes are being applied. I was really surprised that we touched 18p my expectation was more at the 15p level. It would be a pity if things began to drop away for lack of news. I am now in profit (minimal) on just one of the many PVR share certificates I hold but for me that's progress. Onward and upward please and hopefully more news soon. regards | peaeff |
