I am going to write again to ToR Jnr directly and offer to pay £25k to any charity of his choosing if he resigns and the share price does NOT go up. No counter payment his side if it does. THAT is how certain I am that he is a net drag on the market cap.

TOR is not going to get much done to lift PVR in the near future unless he surprises all and resigned. Buffy,My choice for CEO here would be Phil O'Quigley but he is doing ok at Falcon and is also a non Exec here.He is a deal closer and a wizard at presentations als..Wouldnt necessarily be in O'Reilly's pocket either.

Yeah, PVR are Irish led so he might have a chance, but outside of the Irish mafia who would employ him.

When he was at PCI, before they got ambushed, I sent him a DCF calculation I had done for Ain Tsila. It didn't show a lot of profit. His reply? It will provide cashflow, which a business always needs.

Well yes, cashflow is obviously good, but not so much if it just pays him his salary until they might get lucky with something else.

Still, I couldn't care. I would normally avoid companies like this. I look for good shareholder focussed CEOs/Directors. I was only alerted to this situation by a post of JohnnyT/Ngms and agreed it was a no brainer trade.

Of all those in it for the trade, I wonder who will blink first...
