18/9/2016 09:08 | GD,Feel tide turning here after traumatic beginning to 2016. 1 maybe 2 megadrills and a long waited end to Barryroe farmout saga offer hope of a serious share price recovery. Been here before of course... | hermana3
17/9/2016 12:34 | Never been near sackcloth, though owning some oilers over time definitely felt the cloth was next to me skin. FTJ, Enjoy. GD | greatfull dead
17/9/2016 09:35 | Buena suerte tio! | hermana3
16/9/2016 20:39 | But only on Sundays and holy days of obligation! Night all. I'm off to the Costa manana! | funtimejonny
16/9/2016 19:27 | EFY,Could see him in a sackcloth and wee knapsack.... | hermana3
16/9/2016 18:48 | Good to hear from you GD. Sounds like you'll be joinin the auld Franciskins any day now! Have a good weekend. | funtimejonny
16/9/2016 16:29 | Paps, I hope your well. PVR, at these prices are a good buy. A farm out for Druid with a drill included in the deal could well be the ticket to hold among most small oilers in a similar situation. I have my ticket. Not first class, those days are long gone for me and to be frank, I am not really missing them. Keep life simple! Enjoy your weekend all, GD | greatfull dead
16/9/2016 15:40 | herm - goes summat like this: | steelwatch
16/9/2016 15:26 | Steel,Other than reduced fees in event of failure what is involved in a synthetic farmin? | hermana3
16/9/2016 15:24 | Offshore Drillers Brace for More Pain Even With Bottom in Sight Bodes well for an ultra competitive tender process. | steelwatch
16/9/2016 14:31 | Yes....9 or 10 months pre-drill is a long time to wait. | funtimejonny
16/9/2016 14:20 | herm - Schlumberger may yet take a share of the risk via a synthetic farm in, as they have on two projects at Sound. The difference there is shorter lead times to actual production | steelwatch
16/9/2016 13:49 | Steel,Druid/Drombeg is certainly a big carrot to dangle Sclumberger analysis of same must be attracting industry attention. Now we need management to turn that attention into action toute suite. | hermana3
16/9/2016 13:36 | Thanks pap. Hoping for at least one of several possible farm outs pre-drill to alleviate the downward pressure. A rig contract should attract one of the circling big fish. | steelwatch
16/9/2016 13:29 | What are the experts opinions on where the share price could go if relatively positive news comes out re: Barryroe before spud of Druid/ pos Drombeg? TIA SR | stockriser
16/9/2016 13:17 | PVR could be a good punt at the current sp, steelwatch, based on the proposed Druid well. I would expect speculative interest to push up the PVR share price in the run up to the Druid drill. When that run up in the PVR share price will start and from what base (the current sp, or lower?) is anyone's guess. How high the PVR share price will go in the speculative run up will depend on many factors including how the oil price behaves during the first half of 2017. Whether I'd hold for the drill result bearing in mind how I've got burnt in the past by doing that (MTA) would be another matter. From my past experience I'd sell enough of the PVR shares I'd have bought at this low price to enable me to have a free carry on the drill result. Be interesting to know the CoS of the Druid well. I've stopped gambling on AIM O&G shares (lost too much money over the years), but if I was still gambling I'd probably have a punt on PVR sometime in what remains of 2016. I wouldn't have a punt on LOGP because Barryroe is their only "iron in the fire". Their future is solely linked to a Barryroe farm out taking place and that's a gamble even I wouldn't have been prepared to take. However the best of luck to all those still holding LOGP. I hope the Barryroe farm out takes place. | papillon
16/9/2016 10:38 | Four and a half years and no partner found for Barry..."the biggest oil discovery in western Europe" | funtimejonny
16/9/2016 09:25 | Steel,Hedging his bets with a pot at giant sized structure, Drombeg. Market wont pay a whit of interest until a partner is found for these two mammoth drills. JOS is good at finding partners for drills. | hermana3
16/9/2016 09:10 | Herm - one more spin of the wheel on black. Hope JOS hits the bull with this dart. | steelwatch
16/9/2016 07:49 | Steel, Glad to see at least somebody has some cash n'conviction here. Wish I had some of de former and more of de latter. | hermana3
16/9/2016 07:24 | He has the technical ability to totally obliterate any shareholder value and lose investors money . That is without question or dispute . | talkman2
16/9/2016 07:11 | I'm not here to downplay the company or its assets. The align research article makes some valid points. The main concern here seems to be that TOR hasn't done this before? Does he even have the technical capability to pull something like this off? TMK | tees maar khan |
