For the last time I believe the assets of PVR to be worth multiples of the current stock price but simply that TOR has not and v likely still will not be able to close this gap.

Herm...reading between the lines in the Upstream articles, I have a feeling that it was the backers who wanted Druid to be drilled first.
Re the operator, my gut tells me it will be one of the three you mentioned. You may know something more than me!!!

Abu, Pushing forward with Druid drill plans is a bold move but new partners want a big return and Druid offers that hope. Statoil,BP or PETRONAS would suit as Operator too.
