25/8/2023 13:47 | From pools2 on other thread, I think he knows a lot more than most on here about the technology: - pools2 25 Aug '23 - 13:17 - 59478 of 59479 32 plex TMT PRO. This is significant at almost doubling the current 18 plex and effectively halving the cost of each sample experiment run. Just what's needed for all of these automated sample handling platforms now available. The new isotopic 6 plex reagents are again very important, possibly more so than the increase in TMT PRO. This will enable DIA experiments, which are normally run one sample at a time, to be six times more efficient. Six times more efficient and start to make experimental design possible. It's massive for mass spec where sample runs can take a very long time (many hours) to complete. These are very important additions to PRM's reagent portfolio and users will be keen to include them with their mass spec measurements. Enhanced workflow and cost savings are a significant part of their usage. IMO, customers will be desperate to get their hands on these new reagents from Proteome Sciences. | wasjobber | |

25/8/2023 10:03 | Thanks James - although tbh I would have done rather better if I had sold on the spike just days after i bought. Not sure I much like the sound of this “ Royalties were GBP0.75m in H1 2023 compared to GBP0.94m in H1 2022, a decline of 20% mainly due to the adjustment in royalty rate under the exclusive licence and distribution agreement with Thermo Scientific after the expiration of the earliest TMT patent.” | monte1 |
