Yes, Mabey, been here awhile as well but with an average of 4p, many false dawns but insiders have been buying continually over the last few years with no appreciation in share price. The positive is that the price is rising without inside buying, they have paid down debt, are opening a us office to provide more exposure so all in all, it's a positive change. 40 - 60p target over next 2 - 3 years, Mabey even sooner with the right news

Surely, just because someone sells 4m shares it does not (necessarily) mean they are right.

After all there are many reasons institutions can sell; policy, new management, trouble elsewhere.
