29/7/2009 22:36 | re results, good to see that at break even and have a comforting pile of cash. Perhaps statement reads slightly downbeat but then that's a sensible route to travel, especially in these tough economic times. | rambutan2
28/7/2009 20:28 | But do you categorically deny that you have anything to do with the blog? I can understand it, though, you could be in for a bit of stick from your students and colleagues, if they discovered your love of gambling on gambling stocks. What if they thought their head of department was spamming professional investment bulletin boards to PUMP his shareholdings... respect due | trent harris
28/7/2009 20:10 | I gave the same ? to Cliffywotsit on the LNG thread. | britishbear
28/7/2009 12:42 | "BritishBear - 28 Jul'09 - 11:27 - 196 of 196 Good to seem some positive comment and coverage." Eh? Isn't that YOUR blog that YOU write? What happened? Did you write it, forget you had written it, then click on it, not know it was your site and not recognise the article you had written and think to your self "this is good positive commentary"??? A bear of little brain, doh! | trent harris
28/7/2009 11:27 | Good to seem some positive comment and coverage. | britishbear

15/7/2009 23:55 | well, appears to have been a seller around recently. We were told to expect finals before the end of the month (touch wood). | rambutan2
07/5/2009 22:32 | and another 9% today (to 57-60p), again on little volume. hmmm. | rambutan2
06/5/2009 23:15 | didn't take much to move us up 12% today. Colter (whoever it is) appears to have done both itself and ourselfs a favour by clearing that overhang (at 31p) and prompting a rerating - assuming that's the primary reason for the said rise. | rambutan2
29/4/2009 17:22 | PBTY closed up 14.29% today valuing it at £9.51 million. And peer NPT closed up 9.57% today valuing it at £31.74 million. Both shares looking very strong. DYOR to check figures. | richaims
29/4/2009 17:18 | Looking good : Probability sees sharp upturn in business Date: Wednesday 29 Apr 2009 LONDON (ShareCast) - "Mobile gambling specialist Probability saw a strong upturn in activity in March and this has continued into April. 'Average daily net gaming revenue in the first half of April 2009 was approximately 22% higher than the equivalent daily average across the whole of January 2009. New customer acquisitions were 12% higher on the same basis,' said Probability's chief executive officer Charles Cohen. Unaudited net gaming revenues in the company's fourth quarter, covering the period from January to March 2009, were £1.13m, bringing the company's full year revenues up to £5.06m, a 60% improvement on the preceding year. The company took on 49,506 customers in the quarter and added 248,667 new punters in the year to end-March. The company, which is debt free, said it had net cash and cash equivalents at the end of the financial period of around £2.24m. The company is entering into a licensing agreement with NexGen, an independent supplier of slot games to the gambling industry. The two companies will co-operate on the design and implementation of mobile versions of NextGen's most popular slots games" | richaims
29/4/2009 17:13 | rambutan2 / Typo56 , Thanks for your responses. rich. | richaims
29/4/2009 07:34 | The trading statement shows that PBTY are now moving up to the next level imho. | rambutan2
29/4/2009 07:32 | Yes, the Kaupthing CFD stake. It had effected the share price while a buyer was being found and that's why we went down to 30p and below. Once the deal was done it bounced on zilch trades to 35-40p - all smoke and mirrors (!) | rambutan2
29/4/2009 07:14 | Presumably the Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander holding found a home. Nice buy for someone at 31p. | typo56
29/4/2009 00:20 | rambutan2, I do not understand - what do you mean by stray stake and why did the 3,562,890 trade not affect the share price ? richaims. | richaims
28/4/2009 23:16 | that looks like the big stray stake finding a home - explains the big bounce in recent days. wonder if the new owner will reveal themselves. | rambutan2
24/4/2009 13:18 | Why so quiet here ? I'm very bullish about mobile gaming. I bought some PBTY earlier this week - the shares have clearly bounced - up about 35% in a month. I'm also into NPT who also offer mobile gaming. NPT shares have also clearly bounced - up almost 60% since the middle of March. DYOR to check percentages. | richaims |
