Below is the old head with headlines and some links to write ups etc...

10/09/07: Probability CEO Charles Cohen said, "We are thrilled to have been selected by Rank as its mobile games partner. The mobile gaming sector has been 'coming soon' for some time, but with gaming experts such as Rank now clearly seeing the potential for growth through mobiles, a tipping point has been reached. We are able to offer Rank a world class service with a proven track record that will be fully integrated into their existing gaming platform."

22/11/07: Probability CEO Charles Cohen said: 'We are very excited to be working with The Sun and expect the agreement to develop into a very successful partnership for both of us. The Sun is clearly committed to the mobile market in general and more specifically, fully understands the exciting growth opportunities in the mobile gambling sector. News Group joins our growing list of blue-chip partners for whom we provide white label products including Rank Group plc, which brands our games under the Blue Square trade name.'

28/11/07: Probability CEO Charles Cohen said, "The casual gambling sector is made for mobile. Our formula of simple games, easily played on small screens, with the chance to win significant cash prizes for small stakes, is already a proven
success. This new partnership with Orange adds a layer of trust for consumers
and the widest possible exposure to potential customers."

12/02/08: Probability plc, the AIM quoted mobile phone gambling specialist, has raised approximately £1.7 million (net of expenses) through the private placing of

22/05/08: Commenting on the deal, Probability CEO Charles Cohen said, 'This is a tremendous deal for Probability. Two million handsets represents approximately half of Three's UK current customer base. The pre-installed link to Ladyluck's on these devices gives us an excellent and exclusive opportunity to convert large numbers of new customers from a feature built into their phones.
'We are particularly excited by the opportunity this presents us to secure even wider distribution of the new games we are developing using the movie brands which we recently licenced from Paramount, including Grease and The Italian Job.'

22/01/09: Commenting on today's launches, Probability CEO Charles Cohen said: 'Today's launches of our new (Zaphod) gaming platform, and Head-To-Head Poker are the culmination of nine months intensive R&D and exhaustive testing within Probability.
We see the development of this new platform as a strategic investment in the future capability of our business, which could significantly enhance earnings potential in the medium term. Not only is this a unique service in the gaming industry, but by aligning it to the brands such as Connect4, it is also has potential mass appeal."

14/04/09: Probability Chief Executive Charles Cohen said: "We are delighted with this deal which will allow us to extend the distribution of our award winning mobile gambling games to meet market demand. "The signing of this Agreement underpins Probability's status as the leading
end-to-end supplier of mobile gaming and mobile lottery technology and services.
It also represents a leap forward for our nascent business-to-business offering,
giving us fast track access to global markets with a highly reputable and
capable partner. Dragonfish has already identified a number of opportunities for us to explore together..."

31/07/09: Commenting on the Agreement, Probability CEO Charles Cohen said:
'We are very pleased to have become a full partner of Orbis having completed the integration of our service into OpenBet.
'For Orbis customers looking for a quick and easy way to extend their existing on-line service into mobile, we now offer a solution with technology they already use, plus seamless operation with existing back-office and payments services. Regulator approval is also greatly simpified for each new site and Orbis customers can utilise our real-time CRM and other services as well.
We are very much looking forward to working closely with Orbis and their other partners to develop content and deliver great new services to Orbis customers.'

11/03/10: Commenting on the partnership deal, Probability CEO Charles Cohen said: "This partnership extends our global reach, and opens up the large player bases which Mobenga's customers have.
It removes in one stroke the main hurdle to delivering our service to these operators - namely the time and cost of integrating a new technology into their platform.
We are already in discussions with several of Mobenga's customers, who are enjoying great success with their mobile sports betting, and we hope to be able to secure our first project soon."

I think this mobile gambling co looks an interesting proposition and over the next year will start to attract a bit more attention than it has done so far.

Yes, the chart isn't pretty, and neither is the spread, but from what i understand the business itself is growing nicely, with the Bingo proving itself a nice little earner.

The management includes some experienced hands and the shareholder base includes a few who have a good track record of backing winners, all of whom are v supportive of the company.

I absolutely agree. IMO this has further to fall. I will not be buying until I see some support.

The chairman's purchase also caught my eye and whilst never an infallible indicator, director purchases often have some merit. for me there are two factors that might warrant a closer look; the share price is at a low and the nuggets contained in the H1 statement - summed up in the last para. At present I am fully invested with several better near term places for any monies freed up; however further director purchases and even better - institution/s buying would certainly increase my interest.

I have only looked at the trade data since mid Dec but there have been steady sells - 125k, 100k, 50k. This is also on my radar and their must be some value in this company if the chairman is prepared to invest £80k but until the seller has finished this will fall further. Also the chart looks incredibly grim.

Any thoughts on the chairman's £80k buy? IMO it seems very strange as these clearly have further to fall. Someone is dumping in large quantities.

anyone got any up-to-date views on this one? has the share price fallen because of lack of interest or is there something I don't know? can hardly be US gambling troubles because they aren't in that market.
