The numbers look good, profit, cash and dividends starting to get paid next year, I don't know if the company could provide shareholders with a more positive approach to improving the share price. If I was them I would take it private if the share price does not get near to 20p in the very near future.

No, it was the financing bit that bothered me. 7. odd million, but it looks as thought they have paid a lot of cash off their books.

Looks a lot more solid as a company than 6 months ago!

Small piece in the sports section of the mail today re: Rooneys agent, saying deal put back to 10/12/02 when Rooney will join Paul Stretfords Proactive Organisation, hope that clears that up.

Not really! whats the problem in the accounts, Minuteman?
Looks a decent outfit , have expanded a little with the Fox advertising purchase too, all seems very nice around here. Might buy a few to tuck away, good support around 7-8p level, div next year, etc.

These are super results increase in cash by £2M to £3.5m and real profits as I alway like looking at the tax charge which is made on taxable profits, this year it is £802k and assuming 30% tax that would be £2.4m last year tax charge £400k would give taxable profit of £1.2m.
That is doubling from last year and if you "follow the cash" it confirms this.

The results seem good to me...pleased to see the cash pile at 3.5m.
The addition of young Rooney if its true will also help..hope others see
it the way I do!!

KAMLANI,reckon its worth that,perhaps this section of the market is going to
be good for those that have survived.
Managment seems to be getting sorted out,round pegs into round holes etc..

What would it mean for the price if they do report the suggested 2.69M profit as oppose to 650,000 last year ? a increase of 2-3p ?comments please.

Kamlani, on fundamentals +4p ish, but the market often reacts without fundamentals in mind. I do expect a health rise tommorow of at least 2p.

Lets see what the results reveal,will the cash pile run out before being
topped up by profits...and what if any new deals are in the pipeline,to boost
the share price..
