We have been waiting since 29 July! To my mind, if someone was interested they would have taken things further by now.

Time for PHD to call an end to this and get on with business.

Agree with you both Lewis and Pink, but the Board needs to release details and direction on AFP now and then either sell or let’s have some strategy and direction from it and move on. All this RFP and possible interest, nail it or move on.

Agree 97p. The FSP only helps identify anyone building a stake, otherwise a distraction.

AFP likely to be announced at next event imho.

I cannot see why PHS Board have not released any news in weeks and also a big shout about new product. No one is buying or selling and no news is 'b??' news? The Board need to get real and announce either a sale at a good price like 175 or get on with running the company and sort themselves and the products out and let everyone know they are not for sale!!
Get on with it!!

You think they’d accept 115p Pete? The ii’s must be in higher than that of which there are many. 115p would be low ball for the potential of this company who are winning contracts internationally and about to launch a new product to market. I think it’s 150-200% region from where we are today.

Most of those buys Monday were from about 4 sources and a quarter of them were mine topping up with 63k worth at 52p. Ready for a takeover offer at 115p within next 1-2 months, just hold your nerve Lewis and others.

Chartist view, run to 80p short term indicator. Without additional news.

Seems were locked in at 58p for time being, the extraordinary buying on Monday must be a prelude to something though. Expecting news shortly.

As I said, these would be 10x the market cap if the perfect timing was better. Timothy?? Guess again, I have no connection to proactis other than my holding. Unlike you. I did however previously work in the sector though before I retired at 50.

Lacking specifics Lewis/Timothy. I was very specific in my earlier explanation of my position, you are simply reading from the web site.
Let me rephrase my question to reduce your emotion: name one other public company who has a similar market cap today as they did ten years ago having invested multiples of that same number in m&a, and who has not changed management as a result.

Lol, how have they failed consistently over the last decade? You have a strange failure measure. The perfect over ambition could have easily paid off and this could be over 5 quid and more by now.Simple fact is timing was bad. Lessons have been learned, the have had a ReThink and are now Smarter, and more Agile.Potential remains high, new management ag this stage would be disruptive. At 30p you had people on here saying it was going to 10p. It is now 60p. The stockmarket is full of disgruntled pis who will either miss the boat or hold too long.I have held too long on many occasions and missed many boats. This boat is just leaving the port.Holding and buying more each month.

i have High share prices expectations but am stating that they need to replace management and catch up with this mkt to achieve them. Not sure what you guys find so difficult about that. Name one other public company that has failed so consistently for over a decade without a fundamental change in both Board and strategy.

PBBs bring out strange behaviours and accentuate whatever is weird in the individual in the first place.

Not saying that just because some are more biased to low share price expectations, that makes the market.
