Any predictions? I feel lucky and say 87p, before a proper bid and sale next week at 120p. DYOR, things looking good and insider reckons good results and interested parties have been at Proactis HQ all last week!

Look on FTSE100 overview by Hargreaves Lansdown via google. Then in search area put PHD and it will show the company announcements and who have released 250,000 and 90,000 shares since 21 October.

Hey chaps remember when this was struggling to go anywhere at 30p but had that massive gap up on the chart if it did start moving which is duly did.

Check out COG..to me the chart is almost identical to the PHD one at 30p

No that is Maitland Institutional read the 8.3 forms on Hargreaves Lansdown overview of PHD. This will be a bid by Friday after results a Thursday and nothing below 120 will be accepted by BoD IMHO.

I reckon that rns is wrong there is no way possible it was a sell even if it was delayed a week.That should read shares bought !!!!!

RNS out, a fund have sold 90,000 at 0.61I take it that that was the late published on Thursday or Friday?

You're right Coldspring, my post was poorly worded. I'm more concerned about what they might say about their future prospects.

If the results are poor then this would have been warned in advance. I anticipate they will be in line with expectations and if they update the FSP we could have a splendid day.

I'm not surprised that the share price hasn't broken through (and stayed above) 61p yet.

But this week will be pivotal. We have results out on Thursday which will hopefully prove positive. Also, I believe the 50day MA will move above the 200 day MA (for the first time in months) sometime later this week. The 150day MA is still far below both but is starting to climb so in a few weeks it is possible it will also overtake the 200dayMA in which case the share price will get lots of support.

Of course if the results are poor the MA alignment may reverse...

All of this not withstanding the FSP.
