P1nk like Aladins ramping carrying on about the debt is not going to help either. The facts are there for all to see. I would imagine that Lombard have met with the Management at Proactis and like the story which they have been told subsequently they see a recovery to more sensible levels and have taken the opportunity to invest at these low prices.

This was £1.20 months ago net debt wasnt much lower profits more or less the same it does not warrant a 75% drop so it should see a decent rise cleaely to on the cards lombard are loading up

Yep well they are suspending divudend payments which will help and working on generating more business in the usa there is a video of the ceo explaining this on the site

There is more than one way to get to Net debt<2x EBITDA and that is interesting as Esize has helped PHD carry the debt.

Are there other Esize types?
Could they fund raise off existing holders?

The balance sheet needs strengthening whatever else happens.
It's a good business with big debt impacting balance sheet.

At Interims they were at an annual EBITDA heading to about £16M.
Net Debt was £39M give or take a little - heavy burden.

Somewhere it was written or said they wanted debt to be reduced to a more manageable average of around 2x EBITDA so heading towards £7M net debt reduction.

Sooner they get there and keep going the better.

The DEBT has been the killer here.
