03/7/2019 10:25 | If someone is building a stake, then that would be the kind of move to make to flush out the less secure shares and optimise one's entry. | cmackay
03/7/2019 10:23 | When did they sell those shares? Looks like just moving money! 100% definitely been heavily stake building from 29-32p we have seen the large trades. Not seen many sell trades | kirk 6
03/7/2019 09:49 | Well that's an interesting morning! Buys v sells for today pretty much level, so I expect to see a recovery later. If Lombard have taken the stock from a client, then we will see another TR-1 but it sure is confusing. | eggbird
03/7/2019 09:38 | Down on low volume, that's promising. | p1nkfish
03/7/2019 09:37 | It's possible they have dumped but there's every chance it's a client that is moving deck chairs or still related to crystallizing tax losses from last tax year. Bought back by Lombard on behalf and now moving to another duscretionary account provider. The whole TR1 thing looks messy in PHD, it was transparent for years until recently. However, they might just have dumped for a quick few per-cent. | p1nkfish
03/7/2019 09:14 | mm's naturally have scooped up the panic sellers on that Rns I cannot buy at 31.5p and they are bidding well over mid price for stock Will bounce but that Rns is still a bit strange | dave4545
03/7/2019 09:10 | It's discretionary accounts with Lombard. | p1nkfish
03/7/2019 09:06 | Its certainly caused a sell off back to that 30p level. Odd though, I agree | mister md
03/7/2019 09:05 | That cannot be right that Rns ? | dave4545
03/7/2019 09:03 | Lombard Odier Asset Management dumping now ... ?! Glad not in this one | mister md
03/7/2019 08:48 | 50k buys keep dripping in. More accumulation? | lewis winthorpe
02/7/2019 18:20 | dave you have to remember that many have been sitting on a loss in this stock for some time so just happy to exit. | knowing
02/7/2019 17:35 | Don't worry about it will be over 60p in no time | kirk 6
02/7/2019 16:59 | I thought it held up reasonably well after yesterday's rise | cmackay
02/7/2019 16:27 | Traders, they refuse to hold. | dave4545
02/7/2019 13:48 | I am very interested to see TR1 for yesterday. In any event, whether Lombard are accumulating on behalf of a third party, or they see this share so significantly undervalued that they are willing to pour millions into it - this is very encouraging. I am of course hoping for lowkey accumulation to over 30% and offer subsequently being made, I think some majors will be well aware of this opportunity. | franki8
02/7/2019 13:32 | Agreed Kirk, there is a potential for a takeover. Personally I'm happy with my holding here and if it takes another 6-12 months to return me a very nice profit then thats all I ask for. I don't expect to get a 50% gain over night. Anyway good luck to all - I'm pleased to see the big volume and and finally the start of a (long overdue) recovery | eggbird
02/7/2019 13:27 | Not necessarily I think you are ruling out a takeover. If stakebuilding continues and pushes this to 50-60p in the very short term then an offer of 80-£1 could easily be achieved. Massive potential in this market and if value is seen by a larger player then we could be 80-£1 in no time | kirk 6
02/7/2019 13:09 | Completely Agree with p1nkfish I've been here about 6 months now, I investsted with a long-term prospective and I'm happy to see it out. It's nice to see it move up, but for the really big and justified gains there will need to be evidence in the results. I'm quietly confident but let's see..... | eggbird
02/7/2019 12:29 | Give it 2-3 years and it stands a chance of being well north of £1 imho. | p1nkfish
02/7/2019 12:29 | Knowing, it's to remind people attracted here by basic headlines. Below the waterline there is £39M net debt on £16M annual EBITDA approx. It matters. I think PHD is under valued and will recover but the pure speculation brigade encourage people to get burnt when a super quick recovery doesn't happen. | p1nkfish
02/7/2019 11:53 | AMEX going big in procurement market and wants tobe in germany hxxps://www.thecompa | onjohn
02/7/2019 11:50 | I reckon the bid will come from Constellation Corporation or Amex, 50p, 90p, 120p, who knows | onjohn |
