PHD has been on previous G-Cloud frameworks also. Smacks of management not having much else to report at mo.

More worried if they weren't on the latest framework as would mean they have really messed up.

Interesting that there are lots of posts on NO NEWS. The G Cloud was posted here sometime ago as it was on the PHD website. There was also some informed comment at that time. Do not get carried away with old news.
