Not familiar enough to give chapter and verse but a quick search of the keyword: Labrum on Investegate gives these involvements as a place to start:-

"Mr Labrum has been an active investor in multiple private and publicly quoted companies. He has held notifiable positions in several AIM-quoted companies."

Does anyone have any knowledge re his previous investments?

The 250k trade was me topping up, so a BUY, not a SALE.

Im sure a man in a Singapore office would be happy to take your Weshop(Tencent) shares before they merge with Brandshield(Israel)

At a guess Clayton disposes 500K @ 3.3p, must be nearly clear of this overhang.

Skyship, his option compensation was £65K so perhaps he keeps 1.9m shares as a kind of free ride! I think we may be clear of his selling (no doubt he's having a laugh if reading this thread !).

GP - so, another 350k sale, not 500k. Perhaps Clayton now out; or perhaps decided to hold on to a few - would seem a sensible thing to do.

Timbo. Cheaper listed shells - possibly, but I don't know of any. Please share if you do. Thnx.

To be fair there is probably cheaper listed shells out there. This one has got £5M in the bank to add to the price :-)

Could PRIM be utilised as a shell for Tech/Pharma start-up, very few shares in issue, could get very interesting considering whats been going on here.

Yes, agreed, may well be another 500k sale later on...

Useful having his stock available for relatively cheap top-ups. I've done so today.

Skyship, your prediction looks to be on the money as trade 500K at 3.4p just published vs 1m buys at 3.5p ; won't be surprised to see one more 500K pop through later on.

It appears to be one way buying traffic so should overrun and clear-out Clayton stock.

edit:
I'm surprised he doesn't wait to see the fruits of his hard work. Given he's under the radar he could make better returns than take bitter exit pills.

A succession of small buys this morning, but no price movement. Suggests the MM has a sale order waiting in the wings - perhaps another 500k from Clayton...

I sincerely hope so. Looks that way with the bowl but I still can’t get my head around these pathetic share price drops. So annoying!
