01/6/2020 14:45 | I have been crunching some numbers: At current prices, the GGP investment accounts for aprox 90% of PRIM market cap price. That values the rest of their portfolio / cash at 10% (or £400K). So for that £400K, they have invested: £1.45M in engage $426,000 (Aus) in Fresho $300,000 (Aus) in Nomand £100,000 in SOA £100,000 in Sport:80 £200,000 in SteamTV £500,000 in TruSpine £875,000 in WeShop $57,000 in Zuuse These figures are all the based on the investment amount at the time of acquisition, the value now could be higher or lower. However you look at it, that's a lot of investments for that £400K | jimbobaroony
01/6/2020 12:25 | Can someone start a new GGP thead on there Title GGP thread and prim discussing thread Under GGP then people will wake up to value here | rental
01/6/2020 12:21 | I’m really disappointed with today’s share price, today’s GGP rise is priced in But fridays massive ggp rise is not priced in as it rose at 4.35pm on the crossing Also we were already down from normal price So please let me remind everyone Prim was at 3.5p a free weeks ago when GGP touched 8p So we should now be at 30 percent higher than 3.5p today Totally don’t understand it and they can’t hold this down tommorow I would Almost our everything on it that if ggp holds today’s price I am certain we will be over 4p tomorrow. Enjoy the sunshine chaps and ride this one I am No interest in selling any until north side of 6p | rental
31/5/2020 19:38 | If ggp rises as expected then I think 4p will be behind us. Looking at the 6mth chart, 5p looks a sensible tgt based on that amazing inv H&S Watch it go crazy on breaking 3.4 | big7ime
31/5/2020 13:04 | Apology I had Fresho in my mind, Weshop should be booming in lockdown you are correct. DC | daicaprice
31/5/2020 09:16 | morning DC..did you mean re fresho or Webshop? didnt think weshop would be affected but i might be wrong | johncasey
31/5/2020 05:18 | Morning John, I believe home delivery growth is going through the roof but it is nowhere near compensating for the loss of Hotel and Restaurant revenue lost due to the covid nonsense is my understanding. Prim is however certainly looking well undervalued and due a significant rise in my opinion. DC | daicaprice
31/5/2020 02:58 | ive heard weshop growth is going thru the roof due to covid nonsense | johncasey
30/5/2020 22:37 | The big problem with this stock .....the director pay or emoluments. An investment company as small as this....4 million.....should not be paying up more than 2.5 per cent in total. Here it is about 8 per cent. Crazy. £323,000 for three directors. Every year. The investments have to perform very well just to stand still. even with the GGP holding it is tough to see how this goes much higher. I hold from 2p from last year but I dont see more than 4.5p / 5p even if GGP is sold for 20p or so. Which I think is likely and then we will get a spike and I am out. | barnetpeter
30/5/2020 22:17 | Prim will rise once they sell few stakes in ggp as investor fears any cash call can be made.Without cash call fears its value is 6p.I agree this is good time to start increasing your investment as news from other investment due next month .I can forsee prim will go in double digits before Xmas timeI m prim shareholder from last 3 years.Dyor | tmmalik

30/5/2020 03:29 | well for every 1p increase in greatland prim make another £370,000...is my maths correct? so if we go to twenty pence another £3.7m in the coffers which is £7.4m in total on just one investment and market cap at the moment just £4m..ridiulous to say the least with all the money they have in Engage and Fresho and other firms | johncasey
