Yes, I suppose they could/should have gone further...but a step in the right direction...

Rather timid IMO - still leaves us as a penny stock at c2.5p. A missed opportunity to take it further. A 1:100 would have been a better choice.

No matter - easily done with such a stupid share price I know they are considering consolidation at some stage; just wish they would get on with it as a sub 1.0p share price puts off most PIs.

Whatever, PRIM are certainly good value.....just wish we had more of GGP which IMO are headed to a 5p take-out by Newcrest.

I believe PRIM owns ~1% of GGP which is worth ~£7M (of a total £70M MCap) but PRIM's total Market cap is less than half of this amount. So, I've bought my second 1M of PRIM shares this morning. I hope I've got my maths right?

SKYSHIP

I have been investing in the private equity space as a private investor for some time and believe me I have been introduced to many opportunities where other investors are prepared to commit without too many questions and indeed have invested before at slightly lower prices . This is not always the best way to judge the value of an opportunity as there are plenty of gullible investors out there listening
to the "noise" surrounding an opportunity.

GGP moving better on an excellent update - now at 1.82p

red army - not sure I would agree with your reservation stated in 1151 above. Clearly the directors and placees at much higher prices also believe in the valuations and the prospects.

Although a slightly optimistic holder. When I look back I realise that they have invested in the portfolio companies at far too high valuation across the board so any return will be limited.

Certainly a "Good VALUE" spec which could easily be 25%-33% higher with some low-key publicity.

That said, perhaps unlikely until Andrew Clayton wakes up to the fact that a share price at a fraction of a penny is anathema to most investors. In stock-market terms he reveals himself as an innocent who really needs to wake up, learn; and profit thereby.

In the meantime some plonker drops 12.5m @ 0.10p - a gift to the lucky MM...
