I topped up in Tern in my ISA balcony but if you fancy a big risk/reward over the next few days look up Minoan, easy 4 bagger on disposal Or part disposal of huge area of Northern Crete with planning permission.
Good luck all hope Greatland and Prim keep going for you.

I reckon PRIM price is losing ground compared to GGP.
Everything excluding GGP now valued at only 1 million,

What are non taxable expenses?
Health screening and medical check-ups. Childcare vouchers and other employer-supported childcare. Certain living accommodation. Incidental overnight expenses. Travelling and subsistence expenses following strike disruption.

good spot vince. for a company with such a micro market cap, £74k non deductible expenses (i.e. entertaining) seem a lot as does the £200k salary!!

Share price jumped after the issue of the Final results. Somewhat surprised that there have been no comments on the results.

Personally, I question the £200K salary of the ceo, although total remuneeration is somewhat less than previous year. Admin expenses also seems vey high for such a small number of staff.

Non tax deductible expenses of £74K is interesting. I can remember that entertaining etc. fell in this category; I wonder what else?

Positive enough report with some light at the end of the slowly lengthening tunnel.

Price has stumbled a few times @3p in the past but with Greatland still going we could be heading for 18 month highs.

Greatland attacking 8p again, should help for the next step up.

Very positive update and no funding needed medium term. Should give it another boost today.

Where is the annual report from 2019?
www.primorusinvestments.com/investors/financial-information/

I want to see how much the directors are paying themselves! Over 500k between the 3 of them in 2018

Can't be that bad can it ? Would anyone be prepared to take a stab at the current value of our other major holdings?

Clearly the share price being below recent levels is because what value is there now in the rest of the portfolio?

This share price is nuts, £3mill cap is almost covered by GGP alone at current prices - can't stay like this for too much longer surely ?!
