Agree the numbers are likely to be upgraded, probably by the time we get to the interims. I posted just in case anyone hasn't seen the 2016 forecasts. Thanks.

Those are numbers that were already in the market. As per topvest's post, it looks highly likely the 28.4p is too low.

Cheers, Martin

Topvest,

I think this early in the year (only 4 months in), that statement is saying we're not sure by how much due to timimg of orders etc but we will be beating forecasts this year.

This is very robust..."The Board is confident that the outcome for the current financial year will be at least in line with market forecasts." Implies to me that they have a good chance of exceeding market forecasts.

I think CBG is starting to look really exciting.
Until 9 months ago there were virtually no Gas to Grid projects awarded only gas to electricity. Now the gas specification hurdle has been clarified, the RHI ensures that Gas to Grid is now the best commercial option for biogas production and water based cleaning (of which the Greenlane system appears the best) the method gaining market traction. CBG's aftersales support and training also appears to help win contracts.

All in all very positive for CBG and PRES.

Market forecasts that t/o rises 29% y/y to Sept 2014 then 7% the following year and 9.5% in 2016. Given order book is up 100% since Jan 2013 it's realistic to assume we could get to annual sales of £60/£70m v's £34.4 Sept 2013. At current price about 1x ev/sales. Depending on your views re the potential net margin going forward(market forecasts 7% to Sept 2014) but I hope to see that go north of 10% in time, whilst remaining concerned over Korean pricing pressures and the inherent contractual risk within the Chesterfield business. No reason they can't trade on 1.5 to 2x ev/sales. Not comparing apples with apples but oil services play Weir Group on 2.2x.

I think 750p is a realistic short term target.

I cannot see us much beyond that without further concrete news.

Another £1.8m order for CBG. Momentum appears to be growing in Gas to Grid projects.
