The header doesn't say £3.19 million, it says £3,190 million which is obviously incorrect.

The header is still using the original pre-consolidation number of shares in issue.

GBP3,190 million divided by 200 = GBP15.95 million.

The number of shares in issue has reduced from approx. 2,058 million to 10.29 million shares in issue (or, put another way, from approximately 2,058,000,000 shares down to 10,290,373 shares).
