Mr. Peter Levine,
CEO President Energy plc/Molecular Energies plc.

Dear Mr. Levine,

Could you please clarify to a confused investor whether the Company is currently called President Energy or Molecular Energies?

And is the ticker PPC or MEN?

Rinse and Repeat! Continue the race to the bottom. Only way this will change is if all assets are out of Argentina and we are re-established in a capitalist country.

I’d imagine it will sort it’s self out by Monday Pp

200000 old shares you get 1000 new£2.00 and 1000 deferred @ £1.99

Will be interesting to the terms for the deferred founder compensation shares
Whatever you want to call them will be

I believe quiet a few here were to busy ranting to actually realise how that works

My SIPP is showing a holding of Molecular Energies plc, but the ticker is still PPC.

What's going on?

Everyone has lost trust in PL especially when advising us to average down at 1.80 around the time we had the Primary bid fundraise. Look at the share price now!

A share consolidation to a relatively small number of shares, creation of a new investment arm "Greenhouse", cash generative business in a county where we can't get the cash out of, new exploration drilling on the (ever expanding) horizon, a board who are addicted to placings and other fund raisings, oh! and they ask for permission to allot more shares at recent GM, go figure where this is going

Thanks. Not heard of that one.

As you all know PPC has been through 2 consolidations (200:1 and 6:1) now since PL got involved. The real share price from 10 years ago would now be 0.145p without both consolidations.

175p / 200 = 0.875p
0.875p / 6 = 0.145p

Brasso - Calidus Resources (CAI) consolidated 1:10 then went on to 5 bag - just giving an example m8 - although not many examples around ..lol

We are now at 0.875p in old money.

So 1p x 200 = £2 per share yet we are at 175 so as usual further loss on consolidation... by far my worst investment, least I can use as tax write off.. run by inept crooks!!

Super Y

I have not seen a successful AIM share consolidation. The type of investors that invest AIM shares are focused on 'penny stocks' and are normally looking for large/ life changing gains through capital growth. The rationale for a 200:1 consolidation does not make sense resulting in a tiny number of shares in circulation. It suggests that in the future the number of shares in issue will increase significantly to a normal range (eg. 50m - 100m shares).

Why did they not consider a 10:1 consolidation for example?

Was this a 200 to 1 consolidation?

Super Y, Given our history we should be more concerned with it dropping further than multiplying up.

Chris you weren't alone there. Still not enthusiastic about this as it would appear to be easier to significantly move the share price of a penny share which we had become. Hard to see this moving to £10+ and hopefully the changes are for the right reasons PETER!!

Imagine my initial excitement this morning morning when I got a push notification from IG saying "PPC up 19,000%" in early trade. Retirement here come, unfortunately not!!

I've crystallised my losses here and got out. I love Argentina, but not as an investment. Atome has to weather upcoming storms just as any other small AIM company. A massive recession is happening, and oil prices may well tumble. And its bye bye to reading the rather strange prose of the RNS's and their writer's pompous verbosity. I'll hold onto some cash. Good luck all holders, I may be wrong.

No great surprise that the resolutions have all passed but this just sums it up

"At the date of this letter there are 2,058,074,484 Existing Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company in issue. The middle market share price of each Ordinary Share as at close on the date prior to the date of this letter was 1.275 pence, giving a market capitalization of GBP26.24 million. The Directors consider that the number of Existing Ordinary Shares is not only unwieldly in volume for a company of President Energy's market capitalisation, but when combined with the prevailing share price, is not conducive to an orderly market. The Directors believe that both these factors may have the potential to cause a de-stabilising effect on the share price due to certain small trading having a disproportionate effect on share prices."

I just want to scream "yes but it was you lot that created this level of shares"

Anyway onwards and upwards....well you wouldn't think we could go any further down.
