12/12/2016 19:12 | Profit taking inevitable but would you want to be out when the real money made when covenants refinancing announcement out? | leoneobull

12/12/2016 17:06 | if that donkey durrant cant sort finance out now he wants gas tarring | asa8
12/12/2016 16:53 | Will take it, I would have liked it to have held slightly higher at around 77p but let's see what POO does for tomorrow's session. I hope there is a lot of volume over next couple of days takes out some of the SETs games for those that still need to close out etc. For me POO sentiment underpin has provided Board with an additional level of strength for PMO to finalise the new financial package, the opportunity is there to underwrite a percentage of income via hedge values that all equate at the moment to a positive cash generation position for PMO. As it stands the current financial package has c0 guarantees for lenders so why would you not roll the dice again with slightly preferential terms... Not to mention the exchange rate advantages but FED interest rates one to keep an eye on. Anyway.... | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 16:24 | Currently marking the lowest point in POO during today's LSE trading window. | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 16:16 | I'd say there is a large element of the likes of GLG in there as well. It is the timing and the way they pick off the bid with the flurry of trades and it is always just the amount of sells to take it down. These shorters aren't too bothered about short term hiccups as they see them and will continue their strategy and often don't want to close a poorly performing short as that crystalises the loss. Still, a very good day today. | begorrah88
12/12/2016 15:49 | For once there is actually scope for genuine profit taking, as opposed to the normal SETS games. Oil has come off its highs, so I guess that would be enough to tempt out a few sellers, especially so near to an obvious chart resistance point. | nav_mike
12/12/2016 15:43 | Where the hell are all these sales coming from? | investordave
12/12/2016 15:00 | No, my exit was 77p, I will see how it plays out over the next few weeks. Holding other oil majors. GL | ny boy
12/12/2016 14:38 | I hope you-re-entered on the dip this morning NYB. | donald trumpton
12/12/2016 14:14 | Nice stabilising bounces Crude from $53.27 and Brent $56 come on TD get that finance package out... | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 14:08 | Lol Manics. "Tell them to tweet in Caps too" | mreasygoing
12/12/2016 14:06 | I think that answers your question BB57 Yanks trying to batter Poo back down by the looks of it. | begorrah88
12/12/2016 13:30 | Quality conversation...Let's see if the US helps or hinders now not sure which way as they have driven down around this time however as said do you want to take the Saudis on just now? | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 13:13 | The problem the shorts face imo is that they are fighting Saudi, who clearly want much higher prices. Saudi has pretty much come out with a ECB Draghi-esque "whatever it takes" message. Fighting Saudi, in the realm of oil, is like fighting the Fed, and "don't fight the Fed" is Wall Street 101. | manics
12/12/2016 13:06 | Heh I said that a couple of months ago before a coordinated short attack at these levels... | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 13:00 | Look at the momentum here. How can 80p be avoided in the near term? | donald trumpton
12/12/2016 12:36 | Good morning Systematica | leoneobull
12/12/2016 12:29 | At the 77p tipping point 76p proved bigger resistance than thought and smacked back at 78p this morning keep the volume this might just see 80p with a hope | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 12:28 | Should think so. How can Brent not go to 60$? | donald trumpton
12/12/2016 11:53 | Will the hedging potential now expedite the financial package as allows a degree of underwrite? | bakedbean57
12/12/2016 11:42 | yep, 77p will soon be history. Expect a re-rate back over £1. | mreasygoing |
