31/3/2021 22:30 | Let's see what comesCreditors bought shares..a reason why | markymar
31/3/2021 22:30 | DBNO (techno), Every year that old chestnut is rolled out, lol. Is it not ironic that just yesterday you predicted sub $60 WTI, it didn't happen for long so you took a position here only to see your premonition come to fruition? You couldn't make it up. Good luck. | andypop1
31/3/2021 22:23 | Marky, Harbour do NOT produce any oil. Harbour are an investment vehicle. You do know what 'Investment Vehicle' means don't you? 10p in the morning, if you are lucky. | shug5ter
31/3/2021 21:59 | andyp why don't you remind people that tomorrow is the last day of the tax year and ISA money will becoming into PMO/HBR instead of reminding us all how many billions of news shares will started getting traded. | technowiz
31/3/2021 21:47 | Marky, Let's hope you milk this one better than you did PMO. In your opinion will the creditors who invested in the toxic debt become long-term holders of the equity or will they look to exit at the earliest opportunity banking the cash payment and what they can get over and above the 8p equivalent price of the 3.3 billion shares they will receive tomorrow? The recent shorting activity suggests some want out. Thanks in advance, being the thick tool that I am I need a bit of guidance. Good luck mate. | andypop1
31/3/2021 21:18 | It has new assets coming on line as well Andy mixed with older ones,a better picture will build up in the coming months but as much as I can see it's looking a bit like a cash cow as long as oil price stays up. | markymar
31/3/2021 21:14 | You are sounding like a thick tool!Harbour is expected to produce around 200,000-220,000barre | markymar
31/3/2021 21:09 | Marky, A strong management agreed but not too sure about the ageing assets, I guess the rescue deal gives the private equity a route out of the oil and gas sector should they wish to take it. As I've said before the only winners here are the creditors due to the shambolic refinancing a few years ago, Covid or no Covid this was never going to end well for the long term shareholders like yourself. Shaf, It's not according to me, it is in all the official releases. Nutty, Given the oil price since the close the torture is likely to continue. RIP PMO. | andypop1
31/3/2021 19:18 | How can a company with no assets of any substantial value, be worth anything more than 10p? | shug5ter
31/3/2021 16:28 | According to Andy pop 1 HE for every PMO share... let's hope HE opens above 25p!! | shaf200
31/3/2021 16:22 | How many harbour shares do get for one premier share? | shaf200
31/3/2021 15:47 | You do realise that what was a company to invest in, which produced something to earn money is no longer the case tomorrow?. Harbour energy produce NO OIL, it will be nothing more than an investment vehicle, which funds oil production. Your new HBR shares will produce no earnings and thus no profit, as you are now proud investors in a company that invests in oil producers - PMO being one of them. Don't be surprised that Harbour Energy plc opens at 10p. | shug5ter
31/3/2021 15:37 | Big day tomorrow ? Doubt we'll even recoup the fall over last week or two. This share is torture. | brazilnut1
31/3/2021 09:49 | Well tomorrow is the big day, I have a bunch of the retail bonds and it all worked out well dont know how long it will take to receive the new stock but the shares will be heavy for a while, however we are just outside the ftse100 market cap level and it won't take much move in the oil price to make the newco a good inclusion prospect | catsick
31/3/2021 03:03 | Interesting view on the oil markets in 2021https://youtu.be | heialex1
30/3/2021 22:28 | New beginnings Andy, try to think postive as very strong management and portfolio | markymar
30/3/2021 21:33 | Only 1.2 million creditor shares were forward sold yesterday, let's hope we are not witnessing the snowball that causes the avalanche when the balance of the 3.3 billion shares are freely tradable by any creditors who may have restrictions imposed on them so far as short selling is concerned but instead a controlled exit from the toxic debt that wasn't dealt with during the last chaotic refinancing. Good luck all on the eve of PMO's death, the shares will be suspended and cancelled at close of business tomorrow, as was inferred in more than one RNS prior to the supplementary prospectus being published, you would think the RNS's would be easily interpreted by someone who frequented the trading floor if a humble builder understood them??????? Night. | andypop1
30/3/2021 13:18 | markygistyet? | stansmith3
29/3/2021 20:39 | Nutty, I've not looked in there today, has he said sorry for posting false and misleading information despite him being politely guided to the supplementary prospectus? Good luck. | andypop1
29/3/2021 20:36 | Another 2.5 million creditor shares were forward sold on Friday by Whitebox and Mirabella. Come Thursday reportable shorts will be down to zero as no short position currently holds a position large enough to hit the reportable 0.5% threshold of the enlarged share capital, not to mention the shorts are a net position. Interesting days ahead! Good luck. | andypop1
29/3/2021 07:43 | Ye don’t know where Steve gets his “suspendedR | brazilnut1
28/3/2021 22:23 | Simon, I will add I expect a 1 for 5 share consolidation to be proposed as a resolution in the forthcoming general meeting. Repairer, Stevo apparently worked on a trading floor, how dare you question what he posts, lol. Good luck all. Night. | andypop1
28/3/2021 15:47 | Many thanks Andy | dbensimon
28/3/2021 08:50 | will we lose any money or gain any money holding PMO shares ??? | mano300 |
