26/3/2021 19:09 | Marky, The lunatics on the asylum are mixing old news with new to create confusion. The shares were never going to be suspended as such, it just so happens the expected date of completion was today with the new shares in HE listed and trading on Monday the 29th. Completion is now expected on the 31st so the shares in PMO will be suspended at close of business with HE shares trading the following day, April Fool's Day, quite apt really. Good luck. | andypop1

26/3/2021 12:08 | Cision PR Newswire UK provides press release distribution, targeting, monitoring, and marketing services Zama Field Unitization Process Continues, Led by Mexico's Ministry of Energy Talos_Energy_Logo NEWS PROVIDED BY Talos Energy 26 Mar, 2021, 10:59 GMT HOUSTON, March 26, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Talos Energy Inc. ("Talos," or the "Company") (NYSE: TALO) today announced that the unitization process of the Zama field will enter its next phase, as established in Mexican regulation. The Mexican Ministry of Energy ("SENER") is now required to propose finalized terms of a Unitization and Unit Operating Agreement ("UUOA") based on international best practices and considering inputs from the parties. Petróleos Mexicanos ("Pemex") and the Block 7 consortium, comprised of Talos and partners Premier Oil and Wintershall Dea, did not propose a UUOA to SENER within the initial timeframe established by the unitization guidelines, which ended March 25, 2021. President and Chief Executive Officer Timothy S. Duncan commented: "Since the presentation of the original key terms for the UUOA, significant progress in reaching a common understanding has been largely achieved. We appreciate the increased momentum and commitment from Pemex towards achieving a joint resolution. As we transition into this new phase in the process, we look forward to continuing to engage constructively with both SENER and Pemex and we are confident we can achieve a positive outcome for all parties." Discovered in 2017 by the Talos-led consortium, Zama is a shared reservoir that extends from Block 7 to neighboring Pemex AE-0152-Uchukil Asignación in the Cuencas del Sureste, in the Bay of Campeche in Mexico. | andypop1

25/3/2021 00:19 | Ok young marky, I understand you don't want to talk about the demise of PMO having held on to it for so long in the blind hope your misleading posts would come to fruition, so why don't you instead give us the investment case now that new management are about to take control? Please don't forget to mention the 3.3 billion creditor shares and how they could possibly suppress any positive movement on the share price. A bonus would be an explanation on private equity, is it the backers end game to exit with a profit or to leave an open cheque book on the table? I would say thanks in advance but I don't foresee a reply that will add any value to this board. Night mate. | andypop1
24/3/2021 22:40 | Talks between Pemex and a group of foreign companies led by Talos Energy (NYSE:TALO) over how to develop the giant Zama oil field look set to continue past tomorrow's deadline, Bloomberg reports, as both sides try to work out the technical details of a potential agreement. Despite years of talks following the field's 2017 discovery, both sides have yet to agree on who should have a majority stake in the combined filed and who would operate it. The current round of talks reportedly still must establish how profits should be split and who will operate the shared reservoir. If the two sides fail to reach a deal by the deadline, the energy ministry will be charged with finalizing an agreement, although Pemex and the consortium would still need to sign off on it, according to the report. Pemex CEO Octavio Romero said recently that Pemex would consider allowing the Talos-led group to operate the shared field if it met certain conditions. | andypop1
24/3/2021 22:27 | Young marky, The toleration of each other didn't last long, I shouldn't be so trusting, lol. Rather than acting like the petulant teenager you are, calling me names, why don't you tell the story of PMO's demise in your own words? You should know the history given you have been promoting this for so long. Over to you mate. No tin hats were needed in the end but do keep them close by! Good luck. | andypop1
