22/7/2019 10:00 | @Johnwise Spot on with 46184. Me, I'd target one of Iran's top 10 cities with a small tactical nuke having given them 24 hour warning to release the tanker. Which they wouldnt as they'd think we were bluffing. They'd soon release it after the first dropped as it'd be accompanied with the warning of another, and another, every 24 hours until tanker released. | crossing_the_rubicon
22/7/2019 08:39 | Guess will add on crisis developments. Don't think this is going away. Could lead to wider middle east conflict so gold will take a leg up too. Ceiling at 80p for PMO appearing? | edjge2
20/7/2019 07:15 | It seems as though Iran needs to learn a tough lesson. They have been poking the sleeping bear a bit too much lately. They are pretty much asking the US and the UK to show them what we can do. President Donald Trump says he will 'speak to the UK' after Iran seize a British oil tanker Video Iran says it's seized a British-flagged tanker in the Strait of Hormuz Video | johnwise
19/7/2019 22:04 | Iran seizes two UK tankers in Strait of Hormuz! | manics
19/7/2019 21:31 | Well that's going to stoke the POO over the weekend. Sounds a bit kinky but you know what I mean! | osirisra

19/7/2019 14:31 | That's a good point ADG People who didn't closely follow the round of drilling and discovery in the Falklands lead by RKH may not be appreciating the extraordinary hit rate they had. The geology of the North Falklands Basin is very very well understood. There is a hell of a lot more oil and gas in there than is appreciated by officially stated 'reserves'. | lageraemia
19/7/2019 13:22 | .....and will only get cheaper as every day there will be approx $1,000,000 paid off the debt Reason and rationale says that at some point the shorts/SoL will fekk off and value will eventually out itself. Starting to wonder if it will actually be this year (what with the lunatic orangutan and the shale brigade) but at some point it simply will (barring a disaster on oil markets that is). Zama sale for circa $4 to $5 per barrel oip will put an excocet rocket up their asses thats for sure. I see Premier being the premier player in the future of the FI and they will be awash with oil gushing out of every hole they drill..... Next year Rodney... | adg
19/7/2019 11:35 | Be remembered | onedb1
19/7/2019 10:42 | Should be remember that full year targets as per last presentation are on target and at the moment will be slightly exceeded . Using base case of $65 Brent . Due to hedges in place we can afford to stay above $62.1 and still meet targets . The question is now more for next year and will the per barrel overall cost reduce and capex be reduced to maintain a similar level of margin next year and continue to pay down debt . For now it's all good . I have EPS at 17.3 so this PE ratio is currently just over 4.4 . Cheap | onedb1
19/7/2019 00:29 | US Navy Shoots Down Iranian Drone In Show Of Force Over Strait Of Hormuz | onjohn

17/7/2019 15:56 | Looked at the export data and clearly the hurricane has had a major impact on the distillate build . No exports = build. | onedb1
17/7/2019 15:49 | Market taking the distillate build badly . Part I don't understand is that we knew this was going to be the case due to refinery outages following the big storms etc . Weird unless this is all algo related . Machine reacts to numbers but doesn't understand they are due to a temporary closure . | onedb1
17/7/2019 12:45 | Well day could still end Blue. EIA should (no certainty ) report a draw and the talks with Iran may just be the usual smoke . It's all very tentative but looking at all the latest broker notes they still have 150 to 155 targets . At the end of 2018 earnings per share ( diluted ) were 15.5 . Ever since I suspect they are higher with much reduced debt . There is ample space for earnings to rise and hence share price is low in my view . Though incredibly Enquest has an even lower valuation with earnings per share just over 10p . Pmo personal target remains 180-190 brokers have it at 150-155 . Either way a substantial discount to current price . | onedb1
17/7/2019 10:54 | Picked up a few more this morning. Nothing is certain in life apart from Boris being prime minister and the market marking down the share price on good results. | husbod
