15/11/2018 08:50 | Lot of moaning on here, I wonder if people would be so anti funds, if the algos were set to buy. Somehow I doubt it. There has always been and will always be 2 sides to a market, get over it. | petecb1
15/11/2018 08:45 | thing that I don't get is why any big holders don't just kill the shorters with same but opposite trades - especially now with share price so low | adg
15/11/2018 08:37 | Mike...shall we give up together and live off the land and whittle spoons... | deanroberthunt
15/11/2018 08:32 | Last post from me this morning....its absolutely incredible the power these funds have When the price isnt going lower, they use sheer brute force. Look at the trades between 8:22 and 8:27 - every one hitting the bid to force it down. At the same time, they flood the sell side with orders of between 2k and 5k I think I give up...its like betting in a totally crooked casino | nav_mike
15/11/2018 08:29 | ...I give up....gonna become a spoon whittler | deanroberthunt
15/11/2018 08:27 | It must be the only company I have ever known that has consistantly over the last few years that has performed exactly as the managamenthave said.See its share price fall from £1.46 down to 89p yesterday. Then producted excellent results, reducted debt by 180m with a further 120m by year end then seen its share price fall.Market cap £725m.Crazy! | fitton

15/11/2018 07:38 | Also Catcher now targetted to operate at 66kpoed rather than 60k - 10% increase | nav_mike
15/11/2018 07:34 | Nothing bad about the update or unexpected. 85-90k production now pretty good right, especially if it is at the upper end of that range. Hopefully the analysts will update their spreadsheets and reiterate/slightly increase share price targets. | privileged
15/11/2018 07:34 | EoY production guidance "reduced" to 80kb (IIRC it was 80-85 at H1). I estimate H2 production so far at around 81.5 kb, and it'll need to be much higher than this to meet the guidance, c. 90 kb. EoY Debt forecast to be 2.4Bn (I wonder if they've taken into account the weakened O/P for this?) The last (18th) "Catcher" well completed last month concludes the drilling campaign. This could improve our free cash flow, although we'll be commencing drilling on Zama next month. Hedging for 2019 looks to be over 17kbopd average at over $70. | steve73
15/11/2018 07:32 | Sl pretty much unchanged: In the Falkland Islands, the focus remains on securing funding for the Sea Lion project, ahead of a final investment decision. In parallel, Premier continues to work with its selected contractors to complete FEED and to progress from Letters of Intent to fully termed contacts, which will be executed at project sanction. | fireplace22
15/11/2018 07:26 | nothing about SL | deanroberthunt
15/11/2018 07:26 | they've stated year end debt $2.4 | deanroberthunt
15/11/2018 07:18 | Its not painfully slow, they are following a path agreed and laid down with lenders to hit certain convenant requirements by 31.03.19 If they hit those targets, their debt will be back to investment grade - that has always been this years goal | nav_mike |
