Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 ("Notice of AGM")

 

Following the release of Premier Food's preliminary results for the 52 week period ended 30 March 2024, on 16 May 2024, the Company has today posted its 2023/24 Annual Report to shareholders. Copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM and form of proxy are available to view or download from the Company's website, www.premierfoods.co.uk  

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 18 July 2024, at the Company's offices at Premier House, Centrium Business Park, Griffiths Way, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 2RE.

 

Shareholders who do not wish, or are unable, to attend the AGM in person, will be able to view the proceedings via a live videocast. Shareholders who would like to follow the videocast should email [e-mail] to request registration details, by no later than 11.00am on Monday 15 July 2024.

 

Copies of the Annual Report, Notice of AGM, form of proxy and the rules of the Premier Foods plc Sharesave Plan 2024 will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM), and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
