No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards and no consideration shall be payable when an award vests. The awards will normally vest on 30 September 2016 provided that the individual remains an employee or officer of the group.

This announcement is in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R and relates to transactions notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
