looks like 2018 will end the same way it began. RHA on care and maintenance, not a single hole drilled at Zulu and Circum 'in the near future'. In 2019 it starts again! and with GR at the helm, we can look forward to another 12 months of 'discussions'. GR doesn't care. he gets paid irrespective of progress.

Doctor 69 I believe the Exclusivity Period in the Newco H of T Agreement runs out this Friday so we may not hear how the DD exercise went before then.

doc - any idea if today's meeting actually happened? and if there was any conclusion? (I assume that is why you thought today was a big day).

doc - tbh not sure why there would be an update tomorrow morning. DD ended yesterday so the first day of trading is today. so if the market was to be updated it would have been this morning. GR knows that if he extends DD, the share price drops another 10-20% and he needs to do a placement this side of the year so he's delaying that RNS. I wouldn't be surprised to see an extension to DD and placement RNS with some waffle about 'disappointed that RHA negotiations are taking this long but the company needs working cap'. it will still be sub .10 but maybe in the .08 range. if he extends the DD, waits two weeks, it might be closer to the .05 range. with the amount of 'stretched truths' from GR over the years, there is no floor at the moment. no one knows what is under the hood. think about it. if Zulu is so amazing why hasn't anyone made an offer for it at a project level. even to fund it to DFS in exchange for %. shareholders would take it in a heartbeat. I honestly think people don't trust his numbers...

Dr - we did try and warn you, probably the only thing I'dd add to Val's post is whether it includes some form of "funding" to keep the lights on (plus the R family in the style they're used to)

Valhalla ,Let's see in the morning whether you are correct to be sceptical , I still have faith and hope , but it is getting stretched

doc - all it will be is an extension to the DD while 'RHA discussions continue'. GR thought he was being clever by making RHA conclusion a precondition of the NEWCo deal and then making it a short DD. he thought this would add pressure on the Zim gov't to approve RHA. but there is no trust in anything that GR says anymore. and I'm sure the gov't feels the same way. why should they trust GR. they shouldn't. and it looks like they are not.

so the DD ended yesterday. GR is so used to delays and not meeting targets that he is not even bothering to inform the market re the conclusion of the DD. But I'm sure he's just really busy working to deliver shareholder value. HA!

Doctor 69 it certainly is.

The next two weeks should see the end of the drilling campaign in RHA's pit and also the end of both parties DD periods to name but two.

But the big one is the one you're alluding to.

Does anyone know if Zulu's been Gazetted?

the next two weeks will be pretty telling. GR needs to get a placement off before christmas. realistically we are looking in the .07-.08 range. get ready for a drilling results RNS!:) GR tried two weeks ago to spike the price and he'll try again. And I'm sure Napom will be telling folks that .07 is an excellent buy-in price. last time I remember he was telling folks that .18 was an excellent buy-in price as well. look how that turned out....

what is this nonsense that prem doesn't have debt. the newco rns clearly states that prem have a million in debt. and if you believe gr, he and management haven't been taking a salary this year. and not in the sense that he's working for free. it's just delayed payment. so that another 300k plus. so just there it's 1.3 mil in debt. I'm sure there's more but GR will just hide that with 'working cap' raises.

the thing is that all those discussions were just dinners and lunches with mates. all on the shareholders dime. prem is truly a lifestyle company. GR is not even trying to hide it now.

I also think what he is doing with decimating the SP, lending the company money from his trust, and then converting into shares at a super low price is borderline illegal. it's a serious conflict of interest that is in detriment to shareholders. with time I hope the FCA start preventing companies from being allowed to do this. cause while GR is in a league of his own, there are plenty of mini-GR's just waiting to fleece investors.
