So, they’re taking out 200m warrants for a cash settlement of 0.07p per warrant, because they are creating an overhang, by issuing 250m new shares at a massive discount to the pumped share price of last coupl of days. Honestly, you couldn’t make it up...

andrewsr ... very sound thinking. It is more than a little optimistic for some to assume we can get RHA to profitability and Zulu to DFS (pretty sure won't make it to production as it will be sold IMHO) without either issuing more shares or reducing our % ownership in either or both of the assets.

All IMHO

A Zulu deal seems likely to involve a dilution of either Zulu itself or Premier equity - so issuing shares, similarly with RHA. IMHO it's not a good idea to take on debt without an assured income stream on RHA or a completed DFS on Zulu. I agree Circum shares should be sold or at least no more bought until he has cash flow or a cash pile from deals elsewhere.
