What has the removal of the broker that has gone bust got to do with the assets or quality of the assets ???

Very good post by Charlie1984 on lse

"How do you put a price in a company and its assets?

AIM is a wash with companies that are all JAM tomorrow but there is sentiment and positive news drip feed to the market to keep the share price a float and in a lot of cases slowely rising.

If we look at prem the market priced 700m shares at a share price of 3.5p at one point, no mine, no plant, no ore just positive sentiment seen the share price rise from 0.8p to 3.5p
We now have 7billion shares (with options etc) and a share price of 0.195p

So what's changed?

Sentiment is at an all time low, PIs are left guessing and we have a CEO frantically trying to make something of the mess he has created.

But that a side we were close to production mid December all on track to make profitability then a very blunt and out of character RNS which to me suggests this is part of GR master plan to acquire all or a large part of the 51% that would be ours if we where to be starting RHA a fresh under the new government.

GR bought more Circum which has a value of approx $10.5 m or approx £7.5m this makes things interesting because with this value and the value of the plant and equipment at RHA we reach today's MC so IMO both RHA and Zulu are priced at Zero.

Why I understand that it's testing times for both STH and LTH there is every chance there is a lot of light at the end of the tunnel and maybe a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Why things in life are never straight forward the fundernentals of RHA Profitability, Zulu JV or going it alone with a Circum windfall are always possibilities in the next 3-6months.

Maybe I'm stubborn and hanging on to fundermentals because I'm massively underwater and wouldn't sell at this level or anywhere even close. Or maybe I could be on to something and I don't mind waiting or I could be delusional and guessing like everyone else but what ever it is I'm thinking our time will come one bit of news will see this share price explode first stop would be 1.1 - 2p on production news.

Circum windfall we would need approx $50m to go it alone, (i reckon) what would that do for the share price with our current known resources ?

Keep up the hope - good things come to those that wait and fortune favours the brave! GLA"

I know he has said there will be no share consolidation but I can't see how we can manage it any other way ? And then once consolidated won't the market worry that GR will start spending again ? Did he really learn his lesson or is it down to the fact he has backed the share into a corner ?

The only things I can see that needs to happen to avoid consolidation are the Circum liquidity event OR a JV with "somebody" with part of the deal in cash.

I would really like news soon to see which way the company is heading as at the moment they have a very nice asset and a % of another one with RHA which is still currently the white elephant.

We have heard over and over about discussions on JV's now I think we have been patient enough ... time to see the fruits of those discussions !!

IHNC

I really hope a strong example is set with Beaufort and it is now very clear to me the share price has been manipulated. The trolling has been epidemic with Prem especially on other BBs and they really need to monitor their sites because they are enabling THIS CURRUPTION TO TAKE PLACE.

Trolls cant attack our assets because they are there so they attack the BOD who have probably been manipulated by a combination of criminal lenders and brokers, they work hand in hand IMHO.

Scary? New presentation (23/2/18) on the website. Targeting 70mt lithium resources & DFS, making it 4th largest in the world. Mid-sized tungsten mine on hold awaiting favourable re-structuring, $7.5m stake in Circum all for £13m with no debt.
