The Bull ... I think confidence in the company was killed in the summer when GR when on a Circum spending spree taking the shares in circ. past 6 billion. After that even amazing Zulu news did NOTHING to the price before the RHA news in January.

All the RHA news did was kick a share that was already down. IF they can sort out RHA by % ownership then the recovery may start to begin. You could have said that GR should have done this in early 2017 but it was Mugabe 'leaving' that made this possible so would be a little unfair to say that.

As I have mentioned all the assets are currently going no where fast. We are awaiting news on Zulu (by that I mean shares for drilling - even though we don't have enough headroom) and I DON'T mean Zulu JV news as GR has been talking about that for over 6 months now and still nothing to mention.

Circum COULD save the day for GR but for a 'world class asset' there doesn't seem to be any bidders let alone a bidding war.

We are at the bottom and the share price reflects that and I just hope that at least a few avenues pan out.

All IMHO
Regards
IHNC

GR announced they were seeking a new ownership deal for RHA on 5th January, less than 2 months ago.

Zulu news on 'deals' have been 'due' for over 6 months now. RHA has been one long money pit. They can't get anyone to put an offer in for Circum.

Those are the only current FACTS. I would love to see some proof on all these 'deals' GR only talks about when the pressure is on him.

News due/possible on 3 fronts - RHA, Zulu & Circum. One or all could result in cash for Prem. A 500m share placing isn't a certainty yet, let alone further issues, but may happen as part of (a) new deal(s) IMHO.

If you can persuade enough people I'm Tom and they keep away as a result then you're fine with me. With 6.5 billion shares in issue and another 500m to go before the next round of authorisation only weeks away this company needs to show some respect to the people keeping it afloat.

And yes I agree, this paragraph would be part of a very good RNS.

What is needed here is the curtailing of further equity issues to be replaced by JV finance in exchange for part of their assets or debt financing.

Thanks for your concern Tom, we're all well aware of the negatives....
GR needs to release a very good news RNS well before the next AGM.
Bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes the assets are still there but you don't making any money from the assets you make money or lose it from the share price. For you to make money and keep it demand for the shares must outstrip supply. With 6.5 billion in issue another 500 million the wings and an AGM due soon to grant further billions it will be nigh impossible for demand to outstrip supply.

There are 6.5 billion shares in issue. The company has the right to issue another 500 million before the next AGM. The last AGM was held on 17/03/2017. So one is due soon.

Before you invest you really need to wait until the next AGM to see how many shares they intend to issue. Despite what he says there is almost certainly going to be a consolidation.

Even if they announce a JV partner it will have no lasting effect on the share price until it is known to what extent shareholders are going to be diluted in the next financial year.

With these AIM companies the goal posts have moved. You need to keep your eye on the dilution effect not on corporate progress.
