All i know is Canmax representatives have had a very productive meeting with GR yesterday and today. From what is being said , Canmax still want GR to finish the final stage. They agree to provide 3 million. Watch for the RNS next week. |

Some on LSE and here will say something different and we all know why. Its very simple if GR gets the 3 to 4 million he needs before 1st APR 2025 then share price will likely to hit 0.1p almost 1000% rise....wow. If he doesn't very likely shares will get suspended untill Canmax takes over. |
So everyone is aware and not guessing. Current situation.If no funding arrives before 1st APRIl 2025, Canmax will owe a further 45% of the company and already have 13.8%. So Canmax will owe almost 59% of Zulu. A further 17% is owed to creditors. That leaves PREM with 23% of Zulu, which would equate to 23million or share price of 0.04p. Only hope for all shareholders is for GR to get this funding and get this over the line or everyone is facing a complete wipeout.

Sad to see ALGW share price i know few that were bashing PREM were invested there. Lesson is in AIM anything is possible.

GR is not going to let this go bust. There is a possibility he might do interest free loan of 1 million from his own pockets. He is seriously considering this as well and other 3 million from Canmax. I am very positive, i will buy once the RNS is out. One thing for sure if you are short consider closing most of your positions. I have now closed all of my positions . |

All LTH have been wiped out its simple. A few of us have seen the ZULU plant and its a shame the last hurdle we have run out of cash. The new investors could potentially are few PREM holders will big pockets and one of them is willing to lend but i think Canmax will lend 3 to 4 million for further 20% equity. |
Really really close call. GR seems Confident Canmax will come up with some sort of agreement to get the 3 to 4 day run. Simole Bust , Prem will get suspended or Sp will rocket. All eyes on the next RNS. |

Don't believe the nonsense that some LSE posters or we call them Armchair CEOs are spouting. The truth is far from that. The shots are currently being called by Canmax and not GR. You have to remember Canmax have to protect their 45million plus 14% stake in ZULU. If Canmax decide to exercise option 2 of the agreement , its a wipeout for all holders. which i don't think they will as they have stated on many occassions, they not interested in ownership. |
Snowking was one of the biggest holders in PREM, reckon his share holding value was close to 500k to 1million pounds, many in same boat. I was one of the biggest holders many years back. Lets see what happens next week, we should get RNS. We have asked him to resign with immediate effect, so some sort of announcment will be made |
