Premier African Minerals Limited

Postponement of General Meeting

Premier African Minerals Limited ("Premier" or the "Company"), announces that it will be postponing the General Meeting ("GM") scheduled to be held at the Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel, 35 Charles Street, London W1J 5EB, United Kingdom at 15:30 (BST) on 23 October 2024.

The Company has agreed to postpone the GM as a result of issues reported by the Company's registrar in respect of the capturing of CREST votes within the CREST system, including uncertainty around a potentially large voting instruction against the resolution.

Shareholders should be advised that all current votes will remain valid, however shareholders will have the right to withdraw their vote, change their vote, or submit a vote for those who have not yet voted, in the window before the new proxy deadline date for the postponed GM which is expected to be announced on 25 October 2024.

For additional support with voting or inquiries regarding the GM, shareholders can contact the Company or its registrar.

The person who arranged the release of this announcement on behalf of the Company was George Roach.

Oil - your sources were incorrect. Zero funding. No need flotation plant. Just GR taping cardboard to the inside of tanks.

Shareholders should note that the effectiveness of the measures referred to above will only be known as and when the Zulu plant is fully commissioned and brought into commercial production, the timing of which continues to be uncertain.

We are now at the End. From what i know, the plant will produce what is required and at a much larger capacity. Its almost there , i can assure you. I have a lot of contacts in ZULU and i know many in ZIM, i posted pictures ladt night. Shareholders have been shafted to the max, majority of LTH are 80 to 90% down. We have seen 1p holdings diluted all the way down to 0.03p and some of us had invested and some still invested in a tune of 6 figures. The original plant operators really did screw everyone over. We were all kept in the dark.I am dissapointed as many of you, money doesn't come free. This is the critical point in PREM history, if this doesn't work out then i am afraid its over. I really hope for all of us it does. Just remember PREM is in the top 10 LSE traders favourite share and when it will go on the rise, it will make or get your money back. You will find out soon and i wish everyone best of luck.

Rob, i am not Acker. We all been in PREM for over a decade and we all know how GR works, our thought process is the same. I was one of the biggest share holders in PREM and always supported GR. I even have been ZIM at Zulu 3 times. However, my Stance changed this year, when i sold out on a massive loss. GR doesn't listen to anyone, he is at a age now ( i am older then him) that he should walk away from ZULU. 2024 was always going to be last chance for him. The Telegram group support for him is almost gone but we given him a last chance. I have already told him if he can get the plant working and start producing then i will fully start backing him again. I know how hard the team at ZULU is working and i can tell you the ZULU plant is no simple plant. Lots of mistakes were made and we have spent a lot of money and still are. The monthly outgoings if i tell you will shock you. Without any more funds i am afraid PREM will not be there. In the backgtound GR has been working very hard and the negotiations have been very intense. We will get some good news but sadly it has come at a cost. I will 100% rebuy again as PREM is not all about Zulu.
