Talking absolute nonsense no deal with Canmex will be confirmed on Monday. The most important thing for PREM is they get the additional 5 billion shares at the EGM tomorrow which gives them extra leverage when negotiating with Canmex or any other partner if the Canmex deal falls through. If additional shares are confirmed price goes up on Monday IMO. DYOR

Good luck every geniune investor. Those that know me and follow my trades, know i have never trusted GR. However , given the current situation he needed all the support he can get from the Telegram group of investors. Monday is a very big day for every single investor in PREM. If news is good and a deal has been made then it will open around 0.7p to 0.8p. If not then i will use my famous phrase " Lambs have been vaught pants down"

Let's see what happens to close then, I'm feeling more toward rubbish news to come and a sell off later beforehand, hopefully if people buy the hype now all it will do is allow a swift exit beforehand again. Let's see in an hour and a half . . .

Good morning guys. Not a advisor but i suggest throw the kitchen sink at this share today. You will not regret it come Monday. The telegram group members are feeling very positive. Talks have progressed very positively and i expect 1 big RNS next week. All i can say is throw the kitchen sink at it today. My last trade in PREM was a big one . When oppurtunity comes go for it.

Sadly for us in the Telegram group, we have not heard any thing from George. However, a few members have suggested talks are almost to a conclusion and the Agreement has been drafted, where both parties are happy with it now. All of us have topped up trading lot of shares. George was at the plant today meeting the contractor team and seemed in a very good mood.

I posted few days Back. Us in the Telegram group knew about what was to come, hence we went all in. Monday morning RNS confirming all is good. share price very likely to close 0.8p to 1p.
WEll done to GR and whole Prem team. We have been informed as of last night that news will.be released first thing Monday. Ckngrats all.

Yes but look how they're matching every single buy with equivalent sells. That tells you the rise on any news will be brief before the next placing is offloaded onto unsuspecting PIs. The Telegram Group are all participants in the next placing leaving mug PIs to pick up the tab.

PREM need to get rid of GR. The markets have no confidence in him and haven't for years. How long has this Zulu project been going 15, 20 years and its still not commercial. Even if some agreement with Canmax were announced it would do little to support the share price from where it is as there would be a wave of selling on any tick up which includes forward sold placing and conversion stock as witnessed by today's pump and dump.

The only way forward for shareholders is for Canmax to make a 1p offer for the entire company.
