In all fairness, they issued the RNS to LSE as required, LSE then distribute the information to stakeholders through an automated process, websites such as prems have a plug in that pulls LSE data and displays it. Prem done their bit, its the stock exchanged that messed up.

Whatever the reason they need to put things right and act immediately .Twitter is not the way to restore reputations and credibility. We live in a world increasingly full of fake news. End of last week someone on a thread posted that an RNS had come out. When asked to confirm he came up with an excuse of having problems with his phone. Fake news and/or the concealment of news can destroy companies even stockmarkets especially now AI is being offered to all and sundry. PREM needs to respect shareholders and send out timely RNS messages that EVERYONE can read early doors!

So you go on the London SE website and see no RNS. You go on the ADVFN website and see no RNS. You go onto londonstockexchange.com and type PREM into the serach box and you see no RNS dated 31st July. It now appears that

you must type Zulu into the search box to find this



This is no way to keep ordinary shareholders informed !





AND IF YOU WENT ONTO THE PREM WEBSITE THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT TODAYS RNS EITHER. NOT EVERYBODY READS TWITTER !
