Don't feel too sorry though, Prem is a survivor and should hopefully (leaving an element of doubt) be a blip on the long term graph

Have the Chinese terminated the agreement? Yes

Did Prem make an agreement and fail to deliver? Yes.

Force Majeure is about catastrophic matters, terrorism and Natural disasters.

Does PREM have £30m + interest to pay back? Hell no.


Can Cannex put Prem in administration for failure to return their money? Yes.

Is there a dispute of £30m? Yes.
