You would not want to be out of this over the weekend. GR is working extra hard to create shareholder value. Hahahha. I’m kidding, he’s drinking port and expensing dinners as ‘meetings̵7;.

Presume you mean eternal rather than internal :-) I've still circa 15M of this PoS so hope you're right as it would be a Brucie Bonus but have them already written off

Moljen , It is not coincidence that shares have mildly strengthened since we are hoping the government will invest in prem .But I am the internal optimist

Doc - there is ZERO chance that the zim govt will put a penny into prem/rha. A country that is short on hard currency / teetering on bankruptcy will not put money into a small mining company with a poor track record. I know. This is what I do on a day to day basis. Only reason GR dropped this in the rns is that he is trying to start a rumour so he can place into the buying.

if Zim bar government fund RHA back to production , this will rocket as it allows Prem to focus on zulu where they should have focused in the first place.

That’s exactly what folks said for the last five years. And most of them would be sitting on massive losses now. I’m not against investing in risky punts, my problem is that GR is a faud (add an r in there) and prem is a lifestyle company. That’s the problem.

I honestly hope you are trading this. The company doesn’t have any money. The arcm shares are not worth much. The placement will be at a massive discount. Etc...so are you counting on a mini spike before the placement?

What is most obvious is that all the deals are with "PRIVATE" companies..Will PREM go private?

Can’t wait for tmr. GR has three more days to get his December placing off. Now that he’s trying to work the share price down let’s see what kind of preplacing rns he will release. Maybe some drilling results from rha with a note that while the findings are encouraging more work needs to be done to understand the geology. That should drive the price down another 10-20% and then GR can easily do his .05 trust loan.
Then in the new year discussions with the zim govt will be ‘ongoing’; and by March the company will need cash again. By that point another 500k from gr’s trust. And boom gr will have close to 3billion shares. Easily enough to start taking this private.

Finished down?! Very cunning move by GR! The next step is a 500k loan from his trust at 0.05 for a billion shares. It has been a long con but GR is finally making moves to take it private. All the while collecting a salary. Have to congratulate him. Job well done. I wonder which lse posters were in on it. I have my guesses. ;). Merry Christmas all!!!
