05/12/2018 13:42 | sweet! first RHA conclusion was a precondition of the deal. now it's not. and since GR is on record saying that RHA is not profitable under the current ownership split is he now saying that NEWCo will have a unprofitable mine? hahaha. and what exactly was in this RNS. nothing. this KME deal still needs shareholders approval but more importantly it needs new retail investors to fund it. let's see how that goes.... | valhalla2017
05/12/2018 13:20 | Buys showing as sells | joecase
05/12/2018 12:10 | I am sure the new chairman is doing a sterling job for shareholders | the bull
05/12/2018 11:47 | and the consulting fees. which I'm sure are just GR double dipping. also during the chesterfield meeting earlier this year, GR mentioned that all legal services were in house. given the state of affairs, I'm sure all those payments for 'legal services' is just GR giving his grand kids summer jobs. I know GR is trying to extend the life of this cash cow by starting NEWCo, but I honestly can't see new investors signing up for that. looks like the end is finally approaching. shareholders had a chance to remove GR earlier this year and try a course correction but the collected effort of a few key 'GR supporters' thwarted that. I hope GR paid them in cash and not prem shares :). but it might have been prem shares since they've gone real quiet lately.... | valhalla2017
05/12/2018 11:25 | Don't forget the 300k family travel bill Valh in addition to the salary. | donald tramp
05/12/2018 11:06 | sweet. all time low. no matter, GR still pockets 300k plus this year. and no DD update? ha. | valhalla2017
04/12/2018 15:24 | Doc - there are so many unknowns. if you removed all Zim assets from prem today, what would happen to the SP? my guess is that it would drop. well that is what is happening with NEWCo. We have zero guarantee that NEWCo will be successful. To date, prem has not been. so if the share price doubles from ~.05.... also, I'm positive there is a lock-in period. so let's say Circum IPO's in H1 2019. and let's say 1 year lock-in period. now you are looking at 2020 for the cash to come into prem's coffers. and that is if Circum IPOs. They have been IPOing for the last two years. remember the guy at PDAC in march this year confirmed that it was going to be this september. people called it a vicious rumour and GR had to do a hurried podcast to dispel the rumour. and yet september has come and gone.... | valhalla2017
04/12/2018 12:43 | But Doc, you just need to make sure that shareholders are still holding the shares by the time Circum comes about. | the bull
04/12/2018 12:06 | Valhalla , What do you think will happen when circum shares are sold for cash at around £10 m in 2019 . Do you not think shares will double .What ever happens prem will be cash rich next year | doctor 69
04/12/2018 10:19 | looks like 2018 will end the same way it began. RHA on care and maintenance, not a single hole drilled at Zulu and Circum 'in the near future'. In 2019 it starts again! and with GR at the helm, we can look forward to another 12 months of 'discussions'. GR doesn't care. he gets paid irrespective of progress. | valhalla2017
04/12/2018 09:33 | Tedoby , we just need patience and I think all will be good , but doubters will remind me I was bullish last year and got it wrong . | doctor 69
04/12/2018 08:27 | Doc, You are being fed spin, from another doc, the spin doctor, aka George porky pie Roach. | donald tramp
04/12/2018 07:32 | Thanks Doc. Can I assume you have your "ear to the ground"? | tedoby2
04/12/2018 07:30 | DR69...How do you know progress is being made and all looks good? | bibdaddy
04/12/2018 07:21 | Progress is being made but slow , I think we are a few days away , but all looks good | doctor 69
04/12/2018 07:20 | Doctor 69 I believe the Exclusivity Period in the Newco H of T Agreement runs out this Friday so we may not hear how the DD exercise went before then. | tedoby2
03/12/2018 16:39 | doc - any idea if today's meeting actually happened? and if there was any conclusion? (I assume that is why you thought today was a big day). | valhalla2017
03/12/2018 11:13 | doc - tbh not sure why there would be an update tomorrow morning. DD ended yesterday so the first day of trading is today. so if the market was to be updated it would have been this morning. GR knows that if he extends DD, the share price drops another 10-20% and he needs to do a placement this side of the year so he's delaying that RNS. I wouldn't be surprised to see an extension to DD and placement RNS with some waffle about 'disappointed that RHA negotiations are taking this long but the company needs working cap'. it will still be sub .10 but maybe in the .08 range. if he extends the DD, waits two weeks, it might be closer to the .05 range. with the amount of 'stretched truths' from GR over the years, there is no floor at the moment. no one knows what is under the hood. think about it. if Zulu is so amazing why hasn't anyone made an offer for it at a project level. even to fund it to DFS in exchange for %. shareholders would take it in a heartbeat. I honestly think people don't trust his numbers... | valhalla2017
03/12/2018 11:12 | Dr - we did try and warn you, probably the only thing I'dd add to Val's post is whether it includes some form of "funding" to keep the lights on (plus the R family in the style they're used to) | moljen
03/12/2018 10:42 | Valhalla ,Let's see in the morning whether you are correct to be sceptical , I still have faith and hope , but it is getting stretched | doctor 69
03/12/2018 10:32 | doc - all it will be is an extension to the DD while 'RHA discussions continue'. GR thought he was being clever by making RHA conclusion a precondition of the NEWCo deal and then making it a short DD. he thought this would add pressure on the Zim gov't to approve RHA. but there is no trust in anything that GR says anymore. and I'm sure the gov't feels the same way. why should they trust GR. they shouldn't. and it looks like they are not. | valhalla2017
03/12/2018 10:23 | Valhalla , I am sure we will hear something on dd by tomorrow | doctor 69
03/12/2018 10:14 | so the DD ended yesterday. GR is so used to delays and not meeting targets that he is not even bothering to inform the market re the conclusion of the DD. But I'm sure he's just really busy working to deliver shareholder value. HA! | valhalla2017
03/12/2018 07:44 | Doctor 69 it certainly is. The next two weeks should see the end of the drilling campaign in RHA's pit and also the end of both parties DD periods to name but two. But the big one is the one you're alluding to. Does anyone know if Zulu's been Gazetted? | tedoby2
03/12/2018 07:21 | Big day today | doctor 69 |
