Mudskipper - the cash shell will still have costs, listing fees, broker fees, admin fees etc. Sure GR will loan the shell the money to cover - suppose its a question of how long before Circum materialises before we find all the shares have gone to cover the aforementioned costs.

this is great news!!! I was getting worried there for a sec that GR was running out of options to dilute shareholders. without placements how else could be continue his lifestyle company. and now he's figured it out. spin-off! he can continue to dilute this new company and keep collecting them cheques! the man is shrewd! never change. and more webinars:)! ha.

Short term target 0.10p . Avoid any GR company is my advice. Lot of good AIM companies out there with management that care about shareholders. Good luck all.
