2 good years circum had been on sale. The only buyer of circum shares has been GR. Why are other investors willing to sell to him? Can't they too wait for the big money?

I did say a week or two ago the smart money would have took their profit and got out from the .11 rise and I also said that .23/.34 would be about the top.

As usual GR just does a spin to ensure he gets his "lifestyle" pay of 300k a year and 300k a year 1st class travel.

NOTHING will ever come good here, or in NEWCO as that's all ready to be lined up for massive dilution before it even hits the blocks.

If you can't see the light now you never will.

I have to disagree as a shell holding Circum sounds good to me

When GR said last Wednesday that he needed a 48 hours extension I knew he was up to no good again. The rns today is totally different from what the rampers were expecting. I will never ever invest in GR company. Trade, yes but invest NO!

Your new shares in Newco will be diluted to hell. Can you see in the rns how much will be raised?

Very painful, but sensible to combine Premier assets with drilling and mining equipment and a mining team.

This could work out ok to be honest, we still hold our prem shares as a shell and when the circum sale happens, that makes them worth at least what the share price is today or more if the circum float is a real success. Then we have our new shares in Newco.

Nitrogen will come from coal gas, Phosphate discovery in Zambia can supply Africa for 100yrs and Circum and LacDinga(AFPO/BLCC) will supply the potash over the same period.

The Bull that's exactly the case . $9m for all premier's Zimbabwe assets. The only winner here will be GR and his mates. And has always been that way except for a few traders

He is not the only buyer as you will find out shortly. Circum will be MASSIVE in the next four years.Very shrewd investment and good use of Prem shareholders money. .AAX will be looking for East African potash assets and they know GR. Fertiliser plants are going to shoot(pun) up all over AFRICA and we will need copious amounts of NPK.

The Parties have agreed to an initial fair market valuation ("Agreed Valuation") of:

-- US$4 million for the KME Assets, based on the valuation before depreciation; and
-- US$7 million for the Premier Assets

So 90% of RHA including the equipment + Zulu = value of $9M
