This is the problem, nothing is ever released with clarity, we are always second guessing what the plan/strategy is. If GR actually provided a comprehensive update the market wouldn't always act so negatively/perplexed!

Perhaps Brandon Hill are going to fund RHA and be given a percentage of the shares we get back from Zim Govt? I am stunned at the MC given all the news to come.

The Bull

Prem listed on the AIM on 10/12/2012 with RHA already on the books. Six years on and a hundred upgrades later they still have not extracted one single penny.

RHA is nothing but a stub to raise money from mug PIs. It has no pre-production value. Work has to be well underway before any tangible value can be put on it. Just like an oil company. AIM stocks place billions upon billions of value on their oil assets. Virtually none but two or three turn them into commercially producing wells.

TheBull... You may be giving GR too much credit in his deal making ability. I was expecting RHA JV news and not sorting out financials at this stage

not sure why you see the need for a placing other than maybe to fund the costs of the advisor, I would assume the 40-50% stake in RHA they will likely sell would command a payment to prem

was expecting an announcement confirming the new 90% stake before something like this but must be in the bag already

You misread the article. Brandon Hill has been appointed to assist in the funding of RHA. Brandon Hill provide equity and debt financing.

Expect the announcement of another placing in the weeks/months ahead. About 0.15p I'd say. Irrespective whatever funding they provide cannot ever be enough to bring RHA into production. The odd million here and there is useless.

Here is a selection of the questions (maybe) to be put to GR during Proactive interview ....

What value does GR believe he brings to PREM shareholders (one of my fave ones ... takes all the anger out and it's not one he can bat away)

What do you say to Shareholders who have stayed loyal for years and are now watching their investment disappear?

I would also like to know what the current cash burn is ? Given the low cost (we are not drilling or any exploration currently) at the moment what happened to all the money raised in the placements towards the latter end of last year ?

How is the search for a new CEO going? Is this still happening?

Why does he continually lie to shareholders?

Grum .... Andrew Scott says he is "waiting for a date" from PREM. I BET GR is waiting for good news to mention on this podcast otherwise he will get torn a new one IMHO

BearHug2 - "GR running this into the ground to take it private? Just asking..."

A big fat no. The listing is a cash cow. This will only go private if:-

a) they can't raise any more money or

b) a major says we are interested but we are not dealing with 20,000 shareholders. Get rid of them.

Doctor ... yup ... and who is responsible for the position we are in ? I am looking forward to this Proactive Interview if Andrew Scott asks even half the questions that have been put to him for GR.

GR doesn't reward people with anything. Reward yourself by selling up and not keeping him in a salaried role any longer.
