Yes the assets are still there but you don't making any money from the assets you make money or lose it from the share price. For you to make money and keep it demand for the shares must outstrip supply. With 6.5 billion in issue another 500 million the wings and an AGM due soon to grant further billions it will be nigh impossible for demand to outstrip supply.

There are 6.5 billion shares in issue. The company has the right to issue another 500 million before the next AGM. The last AGM was held on 17/03/2017. So one is due soon.

Before you invest you really need to wait until the next AGM to see how many shares they intend to issue. Despite what he says there is almost certainly going to be a consolidation.

Even if they announce a JV partner it will have no lasting effect on the share price until it is known to what extent shareholders are going to be diluted in the next financial year.

With these AIM companies the goal posts have moved. You need to keep your eye on the dilution effect not on corporate progress.

I was thinking, when the rns comes about the ownership % structure of RHA, I needs to come at the same time as a partner has bought in. The % structure only I don't think now would raise the price. We are stuck until the really good news comes

Whilst we wait here check out UPL. Interesting oil tiddler led by former Cove energy executives. ( they grew Cove from £2m to a take out of £1.2bn in under 3 years).Tune group led by Tony Fernandes ( the Richard Branson of Malaysia) just invested £1m into the company. That says a lot as that man is valued at $600m and has never before invested in an oil company. Dyor always.

Jung ... getting in i3e at 54p was a good call but at 75p, even if it does go to 150p, is only the equivalent of 0.41p here so I decided to stay put.

IF something happens here and we get a decent rise I will top slice to have cash to take other advantages when they come along.
