"GR looked calm and relaxed, WTF the derampers and shorters were on about.
Expect few pieces of good news over the coming weeks ."

"As a start point I thought it was worthwhile, didn't get all the answers wanted for a variety of reasons but at least now seem to have a communications channel with Prem. Quite liked the financier guy - think he took some unfair flack but does seem to be supportive for the longer term. Anyway my scribbled notes follow, hopefully they make sense
Notes from Prem Meeting

Contemplating adding to Board at Technical Level, not too far in future

Globe, Tinde etc rest of Zim do intend to go back to in time

RHA - Mar 17 major upgrade with XRT to increase throughput of material. It is taking ROM material and achieving 5-7% of material fed in. Needs 50Tph throughput but we cant do - because front end of plant in crusher can’t manage. GR simple item to upgrade with short time frame - once done if we achieve 50 tons Back end Nov / Dec by time shipped and installed.

Mentioned getting some additional land next door - copper / tungsten, discussions been ongoing for a while but coming to conclusion soon

Resource upgrade is due in near term - internal calculations sent out to 3rd party for a review and confirmation - mid Sept or better

Zulu - target 60-80MT in current zone and looking for 80MT plus in the new zone (SE Block)

Early stages though in terms of resource statement

Stressed the low iron content for ceramics - not much production around the world so ready market for pegmatite concentrates

Getting very good intersections in South East zone - awaiting assay results

Timings - 1 drill rig on site at present, need more to get quicker

$75 per Meter drill direct costs but add on a fair bit to cover other costs

Prem doesn't have money to take through to production - PEA is about $80,000, due in 8 to 9 weeks.

Feasibility study couple of million but don't have the money - feasibility more holes and testing, GR best guesstimate is could be done in 9 months. NB did not state that he intended to got his far

Discussions still ongoing with interested parties

Hains appointment was at request of a 3rd party with whom having the discussions

PEA is on main zone only, doesn't include the new SE zone

Need more money for Zulu

Why like Circum - compared to Danakali Project 50% valued at $140m Circum 3 times size and 100% ownership and not yet finished exploring tenement yet.

Circum liquidity event last year - cant predict with certainty when a liquidity event will occur, if left to Steven would probably sell it

TCT - forestry compromised end of last year when normal 3 month shut down was extended due to illegal logging. Also exporting was stopped - significant effect on TCT so wasn't bale to harvest and cut, did have some stock to help and only able to start recutting in last few weeks.

TCT should not need money from prem, but prob won’t provide much income to prem.

No money from Prem at the moment to develop TCT

RHA Financial Modelling -

At optimum 40,000, 16k underground and 24 from pit"

Apparently the whole squabbling bunch of Hyenas from the LSE board have kicked off in The Chesterfield. The Police were called and made several arrests, including a male who was described as being rather overweight, in his late 60's and with a South African accent, who was allegedly arrested for "diluting with undue care and attention"

That is why I don't read the posts. All of what you are saying I said a couple of days ago.

If they don't like it then they should sell and move on.

Agree with that.Unbelievable the negativity on the lse board compared to a few days ago.Makes you wonder just how many of those posters are actually holders .

If you just read the posts on LSE anyone would think that PREM announced it was being liquidated. Nothing has changed it's just that some traders are upset the assay results are not going to be announced when THEY wanted them to be

Tried a 2M purchase a couple of hours back through hargreaves Landsdowne and ask was 0.054 but price improvement to 0.051, put a limit buy in for 0.05 but perhaps too ambitious and now the price has left my limit order dead in the water
