16/8/2017 10:30 | I agree it's all about Zulu and Circum, they will happen for sure, but when we sort out RHA it will underpin our share price at a much higher level than this as you rightly know anyway. | donald tramp
16/8/2017 09:18 | Donald, we are probably close to seeing monies coming in from RHA. Management time is probably spent on RHA but getting the right deal with Zulu takes precedence. No news is good news as they say but it has gone very quite on the RHA front. This is what we were told on the 31st July 2017 by George. Re-reading the RNS it points to having to wait at least 8 weeks for the modification. As I stated, delay after delay after delay. I am not here for RHA. If this was all that was on offer I would have left a long time ago. It is all about Zulu and Circum. "I am pleased to report that the plant and operations at RHA are stabilising after an initially challenging period of optimisation. The plant is currently processing ore at approximately 55% of the XRT sorter capacity and the throughput is only constrained by limitations in the primary crusher feeder. The required modification to increase throughput is expected to be commissioned in eight weeks at a cost for the modification of US$30,000. Breakeven production occurs at approximately 1,400 kilograms of wolframite concentrate per day and the plant has demonstrated this capability. Underground development has been slower than anticipated and to achieve profitable operations at the currently constrained plant throughput, a larger portion of the plant feed needs to be higher grade underground ore. Development to open additional stope faces will complete in October 2017 and this together with the feeder modification will see RHA finally contributing to Premier as previously projected. The next shipment is expected shortly and RHA is expected to see a steady increase in shipment frequency." | vitec
16/8/2017 09:06 | Yes but we should put the pressure on about RHA, it shouldn't be left to be taking second place, they should be driving forward on all three fronts together. As you say vitec there's been $20m thrown at it, Tungsten price is on the way up, we need to start seeing a return. | donald tramp
16/8/2017 08:59 | I also think they have more time and less pressure to fiddle around with RHA as the limelight is on Zulu and Circum. | vitec
16/8/2017 08:57 | I have been saying for months now that RHA is a sideshow. If I look at this objectively without Zulu and Circum, PREM would be in far worse shape as it has been delay after delay after delay with RHA. It has sucked 20 million dollars or so and continues to need money to get the plant fully optimised. My understanding is that RHA required another 30,000 dollars to optimise. Let's hope that is the last monies it requires. If I had invested 20 million dollars I would want to see a return on that investment. I think George knows that RHA is now a relegated asset behind Zulu and Circum, but nevertheless is an asset that will start to pay its way and add more cash to the coffers. I get the impression we are moving from famine to feast where the money is concerned and we must be getting close to an RNS that updates us as to how the minor changes at RHA are progressing, at what rate the tonnage is going through the plant and the shipments that we will be and have been making. Not going tomorrow. But the question I would ask (amongst many that I have)is a confirmation as to PREM's overall strategy and what we can expect in the short to medium term. Of course the burning question is what deal(s) can we expect regarding Zulu but I suspect that these cards will be kept very close to George's chest until he is in a position to reveal more information. Would not be surprised to get more assay results reinforcing the magnitude of Zulu. | vitec
16/8/2017 08:42 | Anyone going on Thursday and does anyone have a list questions | billthebank
16/8/2017 08:20 | Yes I'm not worried in the slightest, but as he can't reveal any price sensitive information at presentation you would have thought that there would have been news beforehand. I would say it's odds on favourite that there will be an rns before tomorrow evening. RHA has become a kind of side show at the moment but I would like someone to drill down into the figures there for some more clarity, because with the price of Tungsten on the rise it should be a very profitable operation if we can make it work. I'm sure it will come good but personally at the minute it's still a drain I would guess. However we must remember that as production has started, once in profit which surely is at much lower levels now due to the increasing price, we are entitled to all the profit till the $18m debt is repaid to us. This will help balance our books. | donald tramp
16/8/2017 08:06 | We might get an RNS if George is going to impart information that is price sensitive. But who knows? What we do know is nothing is straight forward with PREM and we do get curve balls coming our way from time to time. What I am pretty certain off is that we will get a reinforcement that we have on our hands two first tier world class assets. | vitec
16/8/2017 07:57 | Don't worry Donald you know you are right overall. Sit back and wait for the rewards. George maybe keeping his powder dry for tomorrow! | vitec

16/8/2017 07:46 | Oh well I got that one wrong. | donald tramp
15/8/2017 23:19 | The only information at the presentation will be either already in public domain or not price sensitive. So here's hoping for an rns before then. Good odds on one I suspect! | ianbag
15/8/2017 22:19 | China's new automotive policy to support lithium demand By ALBERT LI, MARTIM FACADA Published: Monday, 14 August 2017 China is introducing a point system based policy to regulate its automotive industry, which is aimed at reaching production targets for EVs and is thought will support lithium demand and prices. A proposed overhaul of the the Chinese government's electric vehicle policy will see subsidies wound down in favour of a California-style point system, a move lithium producers hope will support battery demand. | mike_f
15/8/2017 15:39 | Donald, we may get news tomorrow on the basis that George wants to welcome shareholders to the presentation with smiles on their faces. He then may back this up with more news at the presentation that gives all a warm fuzzy feeling that everything is going to be great!! | vitec
