Jung,

Definitely, now folks have no excuse not to pick up some cheapuns pre-Zulu deal due this month. Looking forward to the further expansion of the asset and according to that proactive interview on the 10th of July as provided by TOY above we've lots to look forward to. Even the Moz asset is starting to move forward a bit, obviously still a sideshow to Circum and Zulu though. George still keen to get significant value from Zulu so any deal is likely to be exciting compared to our tiny market cap.

Regards,
Ed.

Oh and note the Limestone exploration at TCT, which was going to start at the end of this year/early next, has been brought forward to THIS month.

As for the results, "there are no carried forward issues" according to George. It was all just a time frame issue. He admits to be acutely embarrassed in his interview and assures us it will never happen again.

My understanding is that it may have arisen from moving the auditors from London to SA, although I can not be 100% on that as I didn't discuss this point with the company on the several times I have contact them since last week.

There is now big interest in the stock.
Personally it would surprise me to see us over a penny in the next month or so.

Why?

Zulu assay results
A deal for Zulu.
Circum monetisation.

The company have already told us to expect these in the next month or so. I'll be buying more this morning for sure, .45 is a bargain I won't refuse.

You also have this Proactive Interview from just 2 days ago where GR states he is "particularly excited" about Zulu talks of "substantial upside".

Do you get it yet? IMHO a deal is clearly very close.

Try reading the rns the same day the shares were suspended. The CEO states he expects a deal for Zulu THIS month. What more news do you need!!

I know for a fact that there are site visits being conducted.

It ain't rocket science....

I think the shares will tank if trading resumes...down to .25 to .3 .....so please don't resume until there is some news on Zulu!!!!

I suspect we will hear confirmation soon enough about the current Zulu site visits. Sounds very much like a Lithium deal is coming. It's going to be a very interesting few weeks.

Circum also expected in August while a ramp up of current ops at RHA is happening right now and through Q3; so expect production figures sooooooo!!!

I have spoken to the company and without giving me any price sensitive information were very upbeat. They also thanked me for being a shareholder. I have to say I was impressed that I got a call back after leaving a message and when I got of the phone had no doubt about being invested. I fully expect the shares to come back from suspension tomorrow and would hope to see a rise in the share price

Thanks vitec.

It looks as if you've been in touch with the company. Perhaps Fuad or George. Would that be right?

Anyway thanks for sharing with us whoever your source.

The shares should be coming back from suspension later on today or tomorrow. The notice to lift the suspension has been lodged with the LSE. I suspect tomorrow is more realistic. For me PREM is about Zulu and Circum. RHA is now a side show that has had a lot invested into it. Where is was the primary asset it has now been demoted as Circum and Zulu are world class. I am not going to re-iterate everything I have said about Zulu and Circum but it is fair to say that the combined value of these assets far outweighs the Mcap as it stands. My expectation is that upon the shares being relisted they will open up higher. Another suspension of the shares may occur should it be deemed necessary due to the nature of the RNS that will need to be put out to update the market regarding Zulu. GLA

Been playing catch up on this board. Is the suspension good in people's opinion? I haven't got much in here but thought I'd check in on it.

We can all agree though that a cap in the teens doesn't reflect even a portion of our assets let alone a deal on the world class Zulu project. Perhaps a deal will make the market put a realistic value on these.

Ed.

I would be extremely happy if that was the case as I would be well into a six figure value on my holding. I was continually buying and have accumulated a lot of shares. All good things come to he who waits!

It would be nice for the company to update us..straight to 2p on a resumption of trading would be a pleasant start.

I was expecting a resumption of trading today. Maybe the Zulu deal is closer than we think and the company has requested an extension to the suspension

Or a big seller (not necessarily very smart) decided there was better value elsewhere or the 'market' is just ignorant. :-)

Also at that time the MKC was around £25M and the markets price this in and ignored the RHA revenue. Markets want to see confirmed results and movement towards production to factor in prior to share price moving again.

Because it's only inferred.
