Tesla to build world's largest lithium ion battery in Australia THIS YEAR!!

And if they don't build it within 100days they promise to build it for FREE!!!

Lithium is going to be in very short supply, wonder where Telsa are going to get all their Lithium from? What with the likes of Honda promising to switch to 100% electric cars over the coming couple of years, there's going to be huge reward here very shortly.

GR is still committed to a deal for Zulu this month so he must have some genuine interest in the office. The question is, who is it with?

The suspension has allowed investors to reflect DT, rather than suffer the worry of where the share price is going next.

I think most now realise we are quite undervalued. Reasonable net revenues coming from TCT and RHA which are increasing each week with a multi million/billion(?) asset with the Lithium at Zulu. Then there's the Circum deal expected in August too.

The next 2 months are likely to be the best in Prem history with all 4 projects moving on significantly.

Anybody know why Numis Securities have a price target of £1.62 for Prem?

Not bad considering the current share price is currently under 0.5p

Anything to do with their knowledge on Lithium?

Couldn't really be sat in a better place really, even over the last few days while we have been in suspension the news about EV's becoming more dominant both from a production point of view and governments acting, there really is going to be a scramble for Lithium assets, even more so than is already going on.

Just a waiting game here, whether a deal is done this month, next month or a few months time, one is coming in one shape manner or form for our asset, it really is that simple.

Oh and then we still have Circum and RHA and TCT.

£20m m/cap I don't think that's right :)

All sorted in Zimbabwe guys, auditors just finalising their checks. Company embarrassed as thought all had been done already. Suspension to be lifted later today or early next week.

Zulu deal for Lithium still expected this month according to GR. The question is what will it be? Fwd selling Lithium, jv or outright sale. (EDIT: or a separate listing for Zulu)

Either way, with car companies starting to announce they will only be producing electric cars in just a few years and countries like India and France giving actual near term dates to ban the sales of petrol and diesel cars, Lithium is going to be in absolute massive demand.

Final evidence that Prem are sat on an absolute gold mine..... Or should I say Lithium mine.

Oh, remember too that the Lithium side will be an open cast mine. Far cheaper to operate. We can start to think of Prem going over a penny.

GR technically had until next Friday before days becomes weeks :-)I do hope a zulu deal is done by then but think it will be dependent on the latest drill holes else why do just 5?

Yet another day of suspension. I am now coming around to what others have been saying that George is trying to conclude a deal on Zulu before the suspension is lifted. I wrongly assumed that a "matter of days" meant two or three days but clearly that is not the case. If the suspension is to do now with Zulu then an RNS confirming it would be in order.

Ed, I would certainly be pleased with that outcome :) pure speculation at this stage though. Hopefully we know more very soon.

Donald,

We'll just have to wait and see. The management here are at least aware that Zulu is heading for world class so whatever deal is coming they'll want to see a decent value coming through. The buyer/jv will know current 500k tn is just for 35% of Zulu so things are likely gonna get interesting quickly if they get the deal signed. A special divi would be good, even if they want to keep the cash and reinvest it into another project as Vitec suggested that would be good.

Mike that would value the remaining 40% at £30m and give us £75m in spends, a decent 400% higher than the current market cap with Circum, Mozambique and RHA ontop. I would class that as a very good result. Enough to warrant a suspension of trading for sure. ;)

Regards,
Ed.

I would love to see something like a JV of 60/40 split whereby we retain the 40% and sell 60% for £75M+. We are then in for a free carry whereby the larger stakeholder will fit the bill for all future explo/infrastructure pre production costs and we still benefit massively over time. Time will tell I guess. GLA

There is a bigger issue albeit a good issue. Zulu is classed as a world class asset. If you sell then you have to replace it with another asset as good or better. I suspect any deal will have PREM involved going forward as George will want to get as much from the asset as possible. To sell now (unless you have something else lined up) would not maximise the value within Zulu. I think that is why there was the line that debt equity financing would be used in the future as opposed to Darwin. Having had the issue with the conversion of the loan notes within the accounts this type of financing should be avoided like the plague as it would send a very big red signal to investors. Anyway whether I am right or wrong it makes no difference as my belief is the share price is going to go up to start to reflect the assets that we have. GLA

What about a one off special divi to all s/holders and some kind of JV that would probably please everyone?

Vitec,

I'm still hoping they get the deal done regarding Zulu and then lift the suspension as noone can sell until we're back trading again. That way the market will likely have to stop ignoring Zulu, the tiny cap here in no way reflects the assets. I was hoping that we'd get Zulu known strike fully explored before a deal, but if GR can get a good one at this stage I'll tip my hat to him.

Regards,
Ed.

Wouldn't that be great if a load of leveraged traders got caught out on this. Only play around with your own money, simple.

:-) prem management:-)

Although I would rather GR focus on getting an excellent deal for us in the here and now than last year's accounts.
I don't think I've been in a suspended share before, it's quite nice not feeling the need to read the various bb's just in case something has come to light or a sneaky RNS has appeared.

Paulie, that's exactly my thoughts.

GR stated before should a deal ever be done on Zulu that the shares will likely be suspended before an announcement. Now I'm not saying that they are using the accounts as a tool to do this or are definitely looking to announce a deal before resumption of trading but it's a little bit of a coincidence and I certainly hope that this is the case so that there isn't any short term negative sentiment (although in a way it would allow me to pick up some more cheaply!).

Agree Prem however it could well be that they are close to a deal for Zulu and it would be much better if this deal was brought to market when shares start trading again rather than not having any news. A perfect time to negotiate / strike a deal, when the shares are suspended. Not that Im saying this reflects well on the Prem management of course.

I don't think it is about RHA any more. It is almost a side show to Zulu and Circum both of which George has updated us with positive news. The coming weeks and months will firm up this news and light a touch paper under the share price Hopefully, RHA in this time will take care of itself. I am disappointed that we are still suspended as George stating that the filing would be done in a "matter of days" was interpreted by me as no more than two to three days. My expectation is that the suspension will be lifted tomorrow or Monday at the latest. How long can it take to sort out some technical issues regarding the loan notes? This is either ignorance of not understanding the accounting requirements or incompetence by those that do the accounts. Either way it is poor but should not be a distraction from our expectation to what Zulu and Circum can deliver for PREM and its shareholders.

Was thinking about RHA. As our first shipment has been accepted at 60%., the chance of complete and utter failure is very much reduced. The question now moves to... how much will it produce and will it make money?
Still a lot better than where we were!
The fact that they are having to upgrade parts of the process now, just goes to show how badly they were prepared last time.
They are still sticking to the 10,000 mtu number so my personal view is that they will have a profitable tungsten operation, probably towards the lower end of the 200k-500k range.
