Why did the Zulu Maiden Resource Estimate have no positive effect on the share price

Sep,

My guess is DL is here for consultancy/advise only with his experience of Lith with REM etc. I cannot see him taking an active executive board position here any time soon.

Regards,
Ed.

Hi Edgein

Appreciate your comments and I would rather agree with you than my assumption.
My only concern is DL, he will have his own agenda here and not really sure why George
had him involved in the first place.

Let them Ed. The danger is the share price will run away as "hot" money arrives and actually falls back once the details of the deal are announced. One thing for sure is that the share price will not be stuck at 0.04p

=====================

I hope not as that is 90% drop from todays price of 0.42p

More than 40% of all new car sales in Norway were for ev's last year. The transport market is turning quicker than people realise

Sep,

As today's announcement suggests further funding will be in the form of debt rather than dilution. Also lets see the terms of the Zulu deal first. I cannot see a jv partner getting a cheap entry into a world class project especially with the Asian demand for lithium now and in the immediate future. And as stated again today in the statement from the company they expect RHA to be cash flow positive by year end. That as a result of it accelerating towards full production as the upgrades complete around the end of August. As GR previously stated they've demonstrated that the plant can operate profitably on an instantaneous basis (RNS 03/07/17).

Regards,
Ed.

Lets hope he can get a JV on the table sooner than later, my only fear is the RHA will take longer and they will need funds, although a JV may provide all the infrastructure towards producer. PREM will need funds too, I can only see a placing or a sell % of the company assets for £££;£M's but that would surely be at the current MKC hence my earlier post a possible re-listing with a much high share price but consolidated .
It would be fair that any new big investors would want a big piece of the pie and will want a discount from the current share price
This could of been leaked hence the share price fall from 0.6p prior to delistings as PREM didn't want a new investor coming in any lower than 0.6p

Hmm,

George did think that they can conclude the Zulu talks in July, hopefully before tomorrow! But I guess we may not be that lucky and folks will get a crack at this event when it relists.

Ed.

How are they going to raise funds? You realize that they're currently in talks regarding Zulu, that's 500k tn of LCE currently and most encouraging drilling since gives them confidence to increase this along the remaining 65% of the strike. So that's multi bns $USD in the ground so far with more to come. I expect the deal on Zulu to be a good one, perhaps even an all out sale. A partner won't get an interest into this world class project for free that's for sure, already thought to be 12 largest lith asset of its type and its only 35% of the strike in the maiden resource.

Regards,
Ed.

Next liquidity event will be a placing ...probably.

Look at the net current liabilities, where's the money coming from?

I would caution about possible liquidity event. This phrase has been used quite a bit by PREM in the past regarding Circum. Even though this may be some time away (Circum) I think that Zulu is far more likely as George has control over this and not Circum so can have a better idea of whether it will happen or not.

Agreed vitec george has a large holding here, not all created out of thin air either, he has lent his own money to the company.

From the accounts:

"The Board believes it has a valuable asset in the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum exploration project and is considering a number of approaches that have been made that may result in a sale of all or part of this asset and a resultant liquidity event."

As much as I wanted them to come back from suspension, we are another day closer to a deal on Zulu and hopefully significant upside in the share price With George owning 10 per cent plus in PREM I know that my investment is safe and that his interests are aligned with shareholders. GLA
