12/10/2018 18:46 | Anyone taking any notice of Michaelmouse and his inflated ego are fools. Look at the evidence and ask why should he have such high opinion of himself when he has a mere 27 followers across the Advfn (10 since 2004) and Twitter (17 since 2011) platforms. If that isn't compelling enough, see what his nemesis has to say about his portfolio of disasters. | ![]() hjb1
12/10/2018 18:40 | Post 6390 - stalker you're wanted on the 7dig thread. "Now I haven't a clue what rivington is, but you say I'm a liar. Now provide any link where I have mentioned this mythical rivington or we can safely assume that you're a mad stalking weirdo living in a fantasy world." 12/10/2018 18:34 | It's not very positive though is it? For such a small business the debt pile is unsustainable. FFS they even tell you themselves that they need to raise shed loads of more cash to survive. Have you read the final report? TBH with SFA in tangible assets and around £16m in liabilities you don't need to be an accounting genius to work out they've got big financial problems. That £2.5m raised won't last long as they also point out. Aimho of course. | ![]() michaelmouse

12/10/2018 18:27 | Mhin2 That's the one of the reasons for the business review. We will find out week after next how much admin costs to be reduced. All very positive | ![]() captain_kurt
12/10/2018 18:22 | They need shed loads of cash before they go bust. | ![]() michaelmouse
12/10/2018 18:18 | seems to me they need to reduce unnecessary costs...are all boardroom roles necessary? | ![]() mhin2
12/10/2018 15:10 | Seems to me the upside is better than the downside. The issue is high admin costs, however to develop market share requires marketing efforts. As a long term holder I am glad to be in because- There is not much we can predict about the future, but we are getting much better in the field of science and particularly genetics. People seek security in an age where there is less and less state/community support its a small cap with connections to the largest players has rising revenues in a growing field/market with global reach has representational gravitas Is diversifying its product range Is in a market that provides prognosis on issues with lifetime consequences offering is in a new and expanding field, including one of relevance to the growing number of people having babies in later life The company has shown its ability to be able to address the desirability and necessity of regulatory compliance the issue of patent infringement was a setback, and one that kept me out of the company. That is now past, and whist incurring costs has opened up opportunities. How that unfolds is, of course, the uncertainty | ![]() mhin2

12/10/2018 06:34 | It is a somewhat lacking trading update which raises more questions than it answers. What does a strong start actually mean? Revs? Cash? Unfortunately I'm away and cannot make the AGM. Is anyone going? | pj 1
12/10/2018 06:28 | Will need another fundraising in Nov/Dec | ![]() dave444
12/10/2018 06:25 | The current share price is more than 20% below the placing price which itself was 19% below the share price price at that time (which already had a run on it from 15p). Seems a bit overdone imo. Given where the company was when we were previously at this territory (even correcting for the 6% minor share dilution) the share price is too negative. Since then the company has resolved a multi-million dollar litigation to its strategic benefit against a billion dollar company. It has also increased it product range and added £1m to sales. With over 80K sales volumes expected iro this year we should expect Premaitha to have close to 10% of a potentially billion dollar company where strategic interest towards TO has been already shown via warrants at 24p. | ![]() captain_kurt
12/10/2018 06:21 | LOL. No you're just deluded and desperate. Did they mention losses and cash burn at all? Didn't think so? | ![]() michaelmouse
12/10/2018 06:19 | Lyn is driving sales and costs down Business update will confirm that imo. H2 will be even stronger. 'the Company is focused on capitalising on its global opportunity and driving growth. We look forward to updating shareholders further on the business at our forthcoming Annual General Meeting." | ![]() captain_kurt
12/10/2018 06:17 | Nice try to deramp a very good RNS. You have become an objection of pity. I'll leave some cheese out | ![]() captain_kurt
12/10/2018 06:13 | LOL. How desperate is that? They've told you that already it's in my report "Six month revenues to 30 September 2018 expected to be up approximately 40% to £3.8m (H1 2017: £2.6m)" "However this is not the measure to look at. This is not a seasonal business. What you should be comparing is growth from H2 March 2018 to H1 September 2018. That's far less impressive. In fact growth went from around £3.6m to £3.8m i.e. £200,000 (around 5.5%). Nowhere near enough to survive without a massive injection of further funds. Unbelievably the company will have a market cap around £50m if they succeed with the proposed £2.5m fund raise. I kid you not!! It takes your breath away. All in all the situation looks perilous, and that's an understatement. The company admits that the latest fund raise is a stay of execution and they'll need further funds to survive." It's a difference of £100,000 in revenues (possibly?) which is only £300,000 better than the last 6 months. The business update will say, "We need huge amounts of cash again otherwise we're going bust". As ever, AIMHO. | ![]() michaelmouse
12/10/2018 06:08 | Rns out....Excellent growth and business update at AGM will outline reduction in admin costs imo 'increase of 45 per cent over the corresponding period last year. The Company has made a strong start to the second half of the year.' | ![]() captain_kurt |
