If this is a bear market then NIPT is in big trouble. A 1p share price would be a good result since they've flagged they need lots more cash. Will they be able to raise any as liquidity diminishes? They'll have to act fast with £12m of debt. Could even go bust.

Aimho of course.

Wow what a chart lol It's fell of a cliff. Unbelievable lot of people lost money here. Buying into rise only the 4p guys making money and the 6p Guy

I suspect the price will drift until future funding is sorted (never positive for a SP) unless some dramatic price moving development happens in the meantime. Now 9.55p, under the placing price - never a good sign.

I wonder whether this is now going to be picked off on the cheap (and I mean cheap - well short of what people hope for here) by either Illumina or TF? That could be the plan but its just back pocket money to them.

hjb please read my posts and interpret them correctly,i didn't say this director buy was done to bolster the sp,although as said it's was purely a token gesture to try and add a bit of stability to the share price imo.Last post on the subject from me

maybe,..maybe not...really 'bolstered' the share price eh? lol!
Yes, directors do buy 'token' amounts sometimes, but not always the case is it?
Anyway there is more to concern us atm than management buying a few shares.

don't know why they don't, going fwd, consider Open Offer to shareholders to raise cash....I'd be up for that

ha ha! with all that is going on you think that his 100k will make any difference to anyone's view and 'bolster' the sp? who's naïve eh?

"If he was uncertain he would not have bought any would he?"
hjb it's been done many a time with many a stock on AIM for the BoDs etc to buy a few shares to try and bolster the sp,not saying thats whats being done here but never the less for you to say that is being a little naive.

why do people always think the directors of small companies are loaded and have millions to throw around? If he was uncertain he would not have bought any would he?
£10K is still a decent wedge!

hmmmmm only 100k though doesn't exactly fill you with confidence, and then there's the case of the 3m options exercisable at 10p awarded to Hayden Jeffreys

Interesting day today share wise. With so much volume. I am guessing it's the 4p shares being sold from lady fund raising
